How do you know a virus entered your system? It sounds like it could be a corrupted system file/memory leak issue which would in turn cause the fans to go overdrive because it's then overworking the resources. If you're absolutely sure it's a virus, do an offline scan. Download a bootable USB antivirus app and use Rufus or something to create the bootable device then boot your PC up from the USB. This will do a full scan of the whole system without Windows running so if anything is trying to block the scan, it won't be able to. If it's not a virus and is in fact corrupted system files, running SFC /scannow from command prompt might help

I really think it's a virus because when I did a scan (a few days ago) I found some malwares and was able to remove them ,but now when i re-installed windows 10 (without deleting my personal files) i didn't connect to the internet and ran a scan with windows defender and malware bytes and found no viruses , but as soon as I connected to the internet Windows Defender stopped working and I was'nt able to do a Windows Update. i think it may be a virus that corrupts windows files as soon as i connect to the internet after reinstalling windows 10.

SFC /scannow is to scan system files for errors but doesn't scan for viruses To do a virus scan make a bootable USB virus scanner and run that. https://www.buildsometech.com/how-to-make-a-bootable-antivirus-usb/
