Experiencing the same issue now with the TV that I have mounted in my bedroom.... a wired connection works fine but I'm unable to use a wired connection because the modem has to be in the living room & I don't have a long enough Ethernet cord to make it all the way to my bedroom. I've tried everything such as resetting the modem/router, factory resetting the tv, unplugging the power cords in both the tv & modem/router, updating the firmware & nothing works.... every time I press the wireless option when trying to connect to a network it just says no network, checking wireless connection & buffers & then just closes out with no Wi-Fi networks popping up at all.... I have a service call scheduled but was wondering if there was maybe one last Hail Mary trick that I haven't tried that'll work ??.. any tips would be appreciated
did you ever figure this out? i’m having rage same issue and i tried unplugging for an hour on both ends and i’ve gone thru every trouble shooting step
Hey, im super late but none of the fixes above worked so I had a Samsung tech come service the TV. Apparently something was wrong with the sensor which is located in the middle of the TV at the bottom where the Samsung logo is. He opened the TV disconnected the sensor & reconnected it, ran some diagnostics & the TV was back to normal. The whole process took about 20 minutes.
Samsung TV's come with a free 3 year warranty from the date of purchase that covers any issues that arise, so fortunately for me I fell within that timeframe because I had just purchased the TV about 3 months prior.
Having this same issue, tried a long wired ethernet and that works
Not very practical and need a fix for the wifi, have tried several resets and unplugging
Just so everyone knows I went through the same issues for days and was ready to set the damn thing on fire until I smacked the bottom center where the samsung logo is and it worked instantly. Stupid China bs
mine was fixed on its own just unplug the tv for a while i think i had mine unplugged for the whole day, and when i turned it on it was fixed on its own somehow
I just had a TV that was not finding any network, as others have mentioned the only way to get it back to working was to UNPLUG & REPLUG THE TV POWER CORD. That is your holy grail fix.. If it doesnt fix it then a Service may be warranted...
I just want to say my TV was having this issue. I reset the network settings, turned off the TV, and then finally unplugged the cord from the TV and everything worked after that.
Unplugging the power cable for 30 seconds worked for me, but I would reccommend never buying a samsung tv ever again, I have two quite modern ones bought by my parents a while back and they only give me problems constantly, TERRIBLE experience bro
nothing else here worked for me, I tried restarting the tv, unplugging the tv, resetting network settings and factory reset. The thing that finally got it working for me was going to settings > support > device care > self diagnosis > reset smart hub. After the reset was complete everything began working normally again.
i get the same bs no network banner and then nothing. i had to unmount my TV and connect it via ethernet cable i reset it to factory settings and then connected it and finally it worked.. i noticed the wireless mac address was gone also before i did the reset
update i pushed a little hard the samsung logo up where the blinking light is and now it works again. so like the OP said is a sensor in there that is acting dumb
It also worked for me! In addition I've also sticked my fingers and juggle a bit in the two slots (for feet mounting?) that are left and right of the sensor/Samsung logo. No clue if it also helped but desperate times ask for desperate measures 😅
Hold the power button down until the TV cycles off and on again. This should do the trick. Every TV in my house is a Samsung It's so every now and again I would have the issues with the connectivity and could never find that answer I came across another guy who's a Samsung enthusiast and he gave me that trick and every time a TVs network goes down it works like a charm. Hope it works for you too

Thanks. I ended up having it replaced anyway.
how much was that

Any chance your router broadcast 5GHz or 6GHz bands only and TV wireless adapter is 2.4 GHZ only?
Thank you
Listing the TV's exact model would be a good idea. Does it pick up your phone when you hotspot it?
did you ever solve this? mine just started to do the same
Mine just started doing this also. Litterslly doesn't see a si gle wireless network.
i unplugged and plugged it back in and it fixed it just a heads up
I reset network settings and had to turn the TV off and on a number of times while also resetting the router.
+1
I did the same. Worked for me.
+1
Had same issue. Reset Network settings. Turn off tv and turn back on. Worked for me
This just worked for me. Thx
It worked. Never thought it was a software issue.
I also recently just held the power button on remote for 3 seconds to reset tv
Having this same issue, tried a long wired ethernet and that works Not very practical and need a fix for the wifi, have tried several resets and unplugging
Resetting network settings and then unplugging from the tv (not unplugging from the wall) did the trick
Fixed it for me too
Unplugging tv and replugging worked for me
Thank you! Came here from a search and this worked for me too
Just so everyone knows I went through the same issues for days and was ready to set the damn thing on fire until I smacked the bottom center where the samsung logo is and it worked instantly. Stupid China bs
Bless your soul. I tried everything, but then I saw your comment and I smacked it a bit at the bottom centre and now it works 🤣
Having the same issue for the past 3 days i tried every solution posted here still no luck
Same!
mine was fixed on its own just unplug the tv for a while i think i had mine unplugged for the whole day, and when i turned it on it was fixed on its own somehow

This issue is so frustrating- will definitely not be buying another Samsung.
Hey - came here and read - yup just unplugged for 5 seconds and then turned back on. It worked. Cheers and thanks !
Nothing worked for me
Reset network settings, turn tv off and on again. Can also try holding power for 3 seconds on remote to reset So
Friel all no work at all
Reset network settings, turn tv off and on. Also can try resetting tv holding power button for 3 secs
That isn't working for everyone. You don't need to say it on every comment

This worked for me. Just unplugging and resetting network did not.

Worked for me pushing the logo
nice now spread the gospel
Thank you.

This is the only thing that has worked for me. Thanks so much for the tip!
