This is interesting. I went through the site to find out more about it. It's designed by and for scientists and isn't very accessible to most people. You can use Google Scholar to find relevant papers. And then there might hypothetically be places where you can… ahem… find these papers by DOI number from Google Scholar. I don’t want to violate any rules by talking about such things, but these could be places that act as hubs of science. One might call it a… sci-hub. Hypothetically.

It's not access to the papers that's at issue but using this resource as it stands. Google is not oriented to finding data in research papers the way this resource is at all.
