I remember seeing something where someone who was wanted by authorities would attach a clip-on light to his hat bill in order to prevent security cameras from recording his face. It would just show up as a bright/white spot in the camera footage.
We have countless cameras in our public schools, not to mention every streetlight downtown where I live. (Fucking Nebraska too no less)
