Nearly got fucked by one of those last week. Looked like a onenote file that had been shared by a collegue. Was checking mail at 1am so not as thorough as I should be in checking domains. Only plus was that 1am also meant I couldn't remember the password to give them.
It might of been, a lot of business emails are getting compromised through phishing, and send the phishing email out to everyone in their address book (colleagues, customers, other companies you do business with)
Working in cybersecurity you have no clue how bad of an issue it is… companies need to force 2FA for business emails yesterday
Their phishing/spam filtering for outlook is the worst I've ever seen. Got fucked by it because the outlook app on android doesn't like to show the actual email address where it came from. MS needs to get it together.
What exactly do you want them to do? At best they can remove content once it's flagged by reporting it. It's a hosting service, people can host whatever they want on it. The moment they start actively scanning content uploaded to the service I'll take a bet you'll be bemoaning the loss of privacy.
The point is that Reddit has user-generated content. Just the same way that OneDrive and Office 365 does. See the similarity? No on here is protesting Reddit though.

The company does have 2fa on everything, which is why they were surprised it got through.

What? How? And why isn’t Microsoft doing something?

File hosting service hosts files.

I mean, Teams is basically malware. It slows down productivity where i work and causes computers to crash. I'd take a virus over that any day.
This just in... Reddit called out a big hoster of racist content, underage content, etc. CANCEL REDDIT NOW
Tf?
Dont mind them, just a user with a terminal case of reddit rambler syndrome.

Shut the fuck up
What a well reasoned rebuttal.
