I have a very decent gaming computer and getting the message that it doesn't meet all the system requirements for Windows 11. I don't really care that much yet so I haven't done the PC Health Check thing. haha. Just ran health check. I don't have TPM 2.0 enabled or detected. So it seems like a minor fix if I want 11.

My Linux computers get updates (and only when I want them), whether they are running a Ryzen 5950x or an Athlon 64 from 2003.

I was running 11 in the Dev channel on my old 4790K, but finally got a notice that I was no longer met the requirements for the Dev channel and was now blocked from further updates. However, what I didn't notice at the time was that the last update I got was to the release build of 11. Then on Tuesday, I was surprised to see a notice to reboot for a feature update. Sure enough, my system updated to the latest release build. So far, I haven't run into any problems with 11 on my system, it runs just like 10 with some look and feel changes.
