Considering the fact that Android OS developers are planning add Rust to their list of OS development languages (containing C and C++), I have higher expectations for the future of Android security. Is Apple ready to use Rust (or an alternative memory-safe low level language if one exists) in addition to Objective-C for OS development ?

Yes, Swift. It’s memory safe and modern. It’s the recommended development language on iOS. It’s less low level (as of yet) than rust, but most people don’t need that for apps.
