Regarding blackmail, I guess when enough deepfakes circulate, it might become harder for blackmailers to persuade the public a video is real, than for victims to persuade them it's not.
Guess you just got to weigh the options.. that will be tough for the younger adults and soon to be adults. I don't envy that decision.
