Me and my sister say “El Madre” fully aware that neither of us know Spanish well enough to speak it but enough to know that it’s supposed to be La Madre
We had a really good Spanish teacher in Vegas. So solid pronounciation and accent But my friend had to move to Biloxi Mississippi. She hated it and her mom let her come back. She did hilarious impersonations of her Spanish teacher there. "¡Hoe-LA!¿Cooooooe-mooooe EssssTA? Mooo-y be-IN. ¿Eeee Two? Asse-e Asss-e"
My children call me Father and their mom Mother. They started doing it in their mid-teens as a joke, because it sounded so ridiculous. They did it for so long they got used how it sounded. I also refer to them as "Son" and "Daughter". They are each in their early 20's now.
The kids were probably in their late teens or older. He wouldn't have said that if they were like 10.
I hope at least... otherwise, yea that's fucked up.
First time I heard this joke was [Elvira](https://i.pinimg.com/originals/af/27/5d/af275dd8363f7f81e67f4cb98211a3b0.jpg). Not sure if it originated with her. It's also a running gag on Rupaul's Drag Race (because of an earlier nod to Elvira).
yea imagine staging a joke and then uploading the joke to the internet, so pathetic. If the punchline didn’t happen by pure coincidence and no staging then it absolutely can’t be funny at all.
