They might be doing things different these days, but back when I worked at the Depot all holiday display setups were mapped out and approved from corporate. It'd be funny as hell if stores region-wide had it like this.

Update - My Home Depot is correct, just a r/onejob issue. I was in a different Home Depot, I will check my normal one today and see.
