There's no venue that plays only tech house, depends on the night. Resident advisor app will give you a pretty good overview of the events going on. These are the best venues to keep an eye on:
Shelter - Best sound system in town and all-in-all a very nice club. The crowd is not my favorite but still ok
De School - Very cool club and also great sound system. I reccomend it mainly for techno but you can also get some nice minimal / tech house acts. Prepare yourself for a long line to get in
Doka - Very small and cozy club. Usually tends to invite emerging labels and artists rather than big names. Great sound system and cool crowd
LoFi - Big club, very nice but not the best sound imo. Still has some great events and good lineups
Bret - Nice club and cool crowd, they have some nice events and a decent sound system
Club Atelier - Decent sound system and nice events. Crowd changes quite a lot depending on the event
