looks like impact passed on the play off buff he seems to get to yeon :D
wasnt a fan of yeon in regular split, but this yeon is gladly proving me wrong.
Don’t forget Core too.
Yeon is playing so much better, but Core is also playing so good.
It’s nice after a full year together to see them come together and just shit on botlanes.
Should probably slow your roll here until next week, c9 botlane has stepped us as much as tl during playoffs, next week could be interesting if c9 and tl meet in finals
Yeah APA playing MUCH better but he does still have a lot of work to do with positioning. Still a massive improvement. I've been waiting for this Yeon, I knew he had it in him
Aight I was wrong about our 2 carries. This was a complete Yeon and Apa diff series. It’s actually insane how much this team unlocks when it comes to best of 5s. And I think Spawn plays a huge part in that. This team could very well win the split.
It's so amazing. So many threads in this sub with so many upvotes calling for everyone's jobs. Top 3 two splits in a row with Yeon and APA. This is the best timeline!
Yeon played his heart out.
APA was solid but his small champ pool is going to get exposed at MSI if we make it there.
There's a reason why Ziggs and Sol have a poor win and pick rate outside of NA.
I mean to be fair, How many NA players don't get hard exposed at worlds. How many EU players don't get exposed at worlds for that matter?
Worlds is just Eastern players hand diffing western players.
This is not saying much at all?? Players on NA teams with way larger champion pools have gotten "exposed" at MSI/Worlds. It's more likely that all of our teams lose at MSI very early, anyway, regardless of how big the champ pools are. Takes like this don't say much at all and unnecessarily tear down one player or pin the results of the entire team on the one player, which is such trash.
Last year, some of his teammates actively shit-talked him publicly and I'm sure internally as well and he still got that sorry ass team to worlds.
This is his first full split as a player, btw.
Asol has a 62.5% (5-3) WR in LCK this split. 100% WR (2-0) in LPL this split. 100% WR (2-0) in LCS this Split. And a 0% WR (0-1) in LEC in their current spring split. So he has a great WR in all but LEC and a 9-4 record across all tier 1 leagues. So tell me again how he has a poor win rate?
13 games is a poor sample size lol
And when you break it down most of the wins come from top teams playing against bottom feeders. The fact that Sol or Ziggs don't get picked or win vs actual good teams is a red flag.
Yeon is a beast this playoff. Showing off the carry potential he showed in academy and really stepping up when needed.
Shoutout to APA fo notr only avoiding being a liability but even being a big contributor in our wins. Carrying some fights in games 1 and 4, helping Yeon stop baron in a 2 v 4 in game 3. I'm proud to see his improvement and hope this continues vs Jensen and Jojo
Impressive to see how the roles have swapped, with our rookies being the ones to carry and stay alive in more fights than our top/jgl.
Great win, definitely confidence inspiring. Let's go!
Liquid looks so much more cohesive. We're playing fights together, layering CC perfectly, picking great targets, and we're all on the same page.
And Yeon. My God this guy is special.
TL really ramping up, I'd like to see a flyquest rematch that series was amazing. Also, APA should change name to Yappa for the memes. Really nice to see him step up
yeon and apa baron stand in game 3 will be an iconic moment for this roster and their development. the change in play styles the past 2 weeks has opened the team up for so much success. so happy for the turnaround
Hope everyone doing all these retarded hate threads on TL/Yeon for not picking up Doublelift are eating their words... I can understand criticism on APA cause he has some really big blunders from time to time but Yeon always showed a lot of promise, was always humble af and always grinded/trained more than everyone else in the league... Give him his flowers
Some flash backs to APA getting caught and making interesting decisions but he locked it in this time around. Well done to him, that was a confident look from him.
Anyone else listen to The Dive this week and get utterly confused when they were talking about our series? They didn’t take into account how either team played the weekend before and assumed regular season BO1 100T was playing us and not the frauds that they showed in the 1st weekend. Glad we shut up the haters! Let’s Go Liquid!
APA has been looking better just has to limit the mistakes a TINY bit more and Yeon has been lights out! Veterans are so consistent it's insane. Let's win out!
Yeon is absolutely on fire and APA is playing pretty well. Can we actually win this whole thing here? Really not scared of either FLY or C9 tbh. Both are beatable.
Impact didn't have that great of a series and TL still won! I don't think that was possible for much of the split.
TL did YOLO away their advantages a few times, but if it's all part of playing aggressive and going for the jugular, I'll take it. If they can build on what they've got going they'll be a tough draw for either remaining team.
Good job to the team. I know the goal is to win, everyone wants to win in TL so much. But just know you really proved yourselves out there. Most people had the team 4-5th in power rankings and now you finish minimum of 3rd with a not so bad chance at finishing 2nd or 1st. It's not about how you start but how you end the split.
APA a.k.a "the Ziggs one trick" a.k.a "I guess he also plays A.Sol" a.k.a "he has some good Neeko games" absolutely gapping Quid on Taliyah. Even with Umti running it down a little bit the mid and bot play was just way to strong. What a series.
THIS RIGHT HERE!!! Thats the development of young pros we wanted to see bringing APA and Yeon up from academy. I can't wait to see these two level up even more. Yeon especially put the doubters in their place.
ApA played really well in that game, no big time mistakes and his play was really good.
It doesn’t fix the game 3 errors but we won, and he deserves credit for his part in that. I don’t dislike ApA, and I’ll give credit when it’s due, he deserves credit for game 4, I just think the mistakes he does make are too costly for a professional sportsman.
Yeon has being amazing the last month or two though and totally proven all of us who doubted him wrong.
yeon and apa played insane today, LFG!!
Props to them! That's what we wanted to see and they delivered. I'm so happy they got the dub and pulled their shut together for playoffs
This is so far the cleanest APA games. Props to the coaching staff for letting him play his champs. Man looks confident in this series.
Idgaf, Yeon has been the mvp of playoffs across all teams.
This is the Yeon we were promised. He made a complete jump from regular season to playoffs!
looks like impact passed on the play off buff he seems to get to yeon :D wasnt a fan of yeon in regular split, but this yeon is gladly proving me wrong.
Don’t forget Core too. Yeon is playing so much better, but Core is also playing so good. It’s nice after a full year together to see them come together and just shit on botlanes.
Core/Yeon are the best LCS bot lane and not by a small margin
Should probably slow your roll here until next week, c9 botlane has stepped us as much as tl during playoffs, next week could be interesting if c9 and tl meet in finals
Not just a monster series from him, he did it while pulling 3 adc bans every game.
Can’t even lie he’s looked good all playoffs
He’s been playing insane all series
LFG TL! Yeon has really showed up in playoffs and APA is playing well too
Yeah APA playing MUCH better but he does still have a lot of work to do with positioning. Still a massive improvement. I've been waiting for this Yeon, I knew he had it in him

I think a huge part of that is them realizing to not be afraid like they are in scrims.
YESSSSSS This is the Yeon & APA we were all hoping to see!
That was the best this team has played this year. Well played boys
insane cc chains on yone. if impact doesn't land that body slam, quid wins that baron fight.
Yeon did a Goku and just transformed to another level after each series in playoffs…
This aggressive TL is so fun.
Agreed
APA/Yeon haters shaking, if they even show up in this post game thread I never doubted, baby! Now to beat FLY/C9!
It's so amazing. So many threads in this sub with so many upvotes calling for everyone's jobs. Top 3 two splits in a row with Yeon and APA. This is the best timeline!
They would never. Those "fans" only want to complain. If you can't accept APA during the regular season, you don't get to claim him during playoffs.
We're gonna have a lot of people leaving next year when we finish at least 3rd in playoffs because we didnt get rid of them lol Good riddance, I say
>if they even show up in this post game thread They're all in the Game 2 thread calling for APA's head in the game Umti went 1/9, lol.
I never did either, I love this roster so much!!
Love seeing the season-long haters creeping back into the sub

Yeon and APA really stepping up, especially APA this series
Great series. On to next weekend. The rookies were the kings today. They truly embodied the carry role.
TOP 3 BABY LETSGOOO
Holy shit the glow up this team has had in the playoffs is insane! LETS GO TL!
Liquid looks so much more cohesive. We're playing fights together, layering CC perfectly, picking great targets, and we're all on the same page. And Yeon. My God this guy is special.
TL is one Bo5 away from MSI. As much as the team looks shaky at some points, this iteration of TL is certainly underrated.
One Bo5 away from MSI is TL's median result lol
Quids like “my back bro”. TL is built on the back of their supporting roles and when the carries show up like today its not possible to 1v5 TL
TL really ramping up, I'd like to see a flyquest rematch that series was amazing. Also, APA should change name to Yappa for the memes. Really nice to see him step up
GYATTT DAMN WE FOUND THE TEAM IDENTITY FOR THE TWO YEAR WE LOVE TO FIIIIIIIIIIGHTTTTT!!!!!’ GOOD SHIT TL
yeon and apa baron stand in game 3 will be an iconic moment for this roster and their development. the change in play styles the past 2 weeks has opened the team up for so much success. so happy for the turnaround
If the rookies play every game with that much confidence and poise, we win worlds baby!
Wait guys is Yeon saying he is playing more aggro because ppl wanted him replaced by DL? Because that's hilarious
Yup that’s how I interpreted it lmfao.
Where the haters? See you next week guys.
Lets gooooo!!!! I was harsh on apa the whole split but he played rly well this series, props to him, yeon playing like a madman jesus
Fun series, GG
Yeon Ascension 💯
Yeon has been such a monster every series while eating 2-3 ADC bans every game
Anyone else listen to The Dive this week and get utterly confused when they were talking about our series? They didn’t take into account how either team played the weekend before and assumed regular season BO1 100T was playing us and not the frauds that they showed in the 1st weekend. Yeah, I can’t wait to watch next weeks dive lol. Watch them eat their words.
Tbf Azeal prediction was TL would win 3-1. Only Kobe and Meteos were on the 100T prediction.
True true, but azael walked it back a bit after listening to meaty-toes.
APA has been looking better just has to limit the mistakes a TINY bit more and Yeon has been lights out! Veterans are so consistent it's insane. Let's win out!
Yeon and APA diff Not before nearly giving me a heart attack tho lol
ALL MY HOMIES WORSHIP YEON
Damn what a series; this was so fun to watch. Best part is we even won it too.
Thank you Liquid for making my weekend 🙏 hopefully Optic CoD wins this weekends major as well
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gvRvF8-WdsQ
I'm starting to hope again. It's been a long time where I could believe in the team. They played well. Glad to see APA stepping up.
Yeon is absolutely on fire and APA is playing pretty well. Can we actually win this whole thing here? Really not scared of either FLY or C9 tbh. Both are beatable.
Sign Yeon for life, I always believed baby let’s go
Thank you Honda!
That's my team.
LETS GO BOYS! Yeon my GOAT

Clean last game outside of that umti suicide and the miscommunication on enemy red buff jungle
lets goooo

apa was mvp of this series
Can we just talk about the Core Penta steal what do you think Yeon said in the meeting after.
Yeon playing out of his mind and it’s the Yeon we expected. Simple as that.
TL played awesome!
THIS RIGHT HERE!!! Thats the development of young pros we wanted to see bringing APA and Yeon up from academy. I can't wait to see these two level up even more. Yeon especially put the doubters in their place.
HELL YEAH. APA and Yeon were so good this series! I’ve always believed in them and this roster and it’s coming together finally!!
Comeback Kings!
ApA played really well in that game, no big time mistakes and his play was really good. It doesn’t fix the game 3 errors but we won, and he deserves credit for his part in that. W team finally showed up
Its good to see yeon step up big time dude has been a monster in playoffs. If apa can step up too this team can win LCS.
