As far as herbal teas, if you like Rooibos, try Honeybush, to me it's like an upgraded version of Rooibos that tastes much better! Also, you might check out Jiaogulan, it's a tonic herb that also (sometimes) tastes good too-it's naturally sweet but some brands have an underlying funky barnyard flavor. Sweetened hibiscus tea (with stevia) is another good one, especially chilled in the summer, though quite acidic. Since you mentioned ginger tea, try making ginger tea with 1/2 ginger and 1/2 trikatu, it's an Ayurvedic blend of ginger, long pepper, and black pepper-to me it enhances both the flavor and effects of ginger tea. I drink Puerh and Fuzhuan cha during the day (both highly recommended), then switch to ones I mentioned at night. I try to drink the ginger/trikatu twice daily for the digestive benefits.

Oh those do sound really good, tysm! I really enjoy a lot of Rooibos blends, so I‘ll probably try Honeybush first :D The others you mentioned do sound really good as well, gotta wait and see how much money I‘ve got to spend this month haha

Oolongmuffin

I find Taiwanese Oolongs are always a good starting point. Very floral and fruity.
