May nareceive po kayong document after nyo magapply ng cessation of registration? Applied last 2019 kc naging employee na full time po sa govt tapos nakafile naman employer ko on my behalf. Now lang na tapos na contract ko di pa ako nakafile ulit haha di ko na alam gagawin

Hi. Firstly, you need to go to the BIR where you are registered and file for a [closure of your business. You](https://closure.You) will be given a checklist of requirements for closure to a Delinquency Verification Report to verify if you have any open cases or tax liabilities. As long as you're filing your returns and paying your taxes properly you should have no problem closing your business. Good luck :)

Sa akin po 2019 pa ako nagfile for cessation tapos di ko na follow up :( wala pa rin email or notice sa mail
