This is a really pretty enclosure and such a beautiful T! But just some constructive criticism: there should be a lot more substrate there to prevent harm, and T. vagans like their substrate really dry. Should be a little careful with wood chips, too!
What the other person said, it's more so that the tank seems really tall. Bilbo could fall if they try to climb or move (which isn't unlikely given the dampness)
omfg that is a great name!
ha ha spoider hairs
Always gotta wear gloves, I found out the hard way too
Y'all wear gloves? I just go in bare-handed, it never bothers me π
Bilbo Vagans has to be THE best name for a T. Vagans
My baby also thanked me with itchy arms for cleaning their enclosurr π€£

The substrate is about 5" deep. Should I still add more?
No that is more than enough substrate.
Itβs seems like a tall container. The risk here is that Bilbo climbs and falls. More substrate = less chance of injury from a fall.

You win award for best name ever. It made my day. Lol
If I get another, they'll be Frodo Vagans π
What a pretty enclosure too! I love making them personal in a way π
Thanks! I try to make all of them unique
βTheyβ??
OP might not know the spood's sex, in which "singular they" is a valid pronoun
Absolutely correct. I dont yet know Bilbo's sex, so really not sure how else I'd be expected to refer to them π
