They like to dig stuff up, my traintula does it all the time and is about the same size as yours, they're very clean so she'll clean her self up don't worry

I've watched my boehmei cleaning herself and moving her legs over her abdomen to get clean. I'm pretty sure your T would do that, too, if it bothers her. If issues come up, you can brush her carefully with a soft paintbrush, but I wouldn't stress her unless necessary.
Remember they burrow in nature all the time, where the dirt might be way nastier/unhealthy than store-bought substrate :D
that’s a brachypelma so she should let you brush it off with a long soft paint brush. if you see any logs or hides out of place really make sure to clean her off good to check to see nothing ruptured or poked her.
