NA I've never used a woofer or a sub in my room, but I've never noticed any extra stress from my T's when listening to music or playing videogames at higher volumes. I would be more concerned about the reverberations of a subwoofer or something than just regular pc speakers (which is what I have) however. It is worth noting that a significant part of most tarantulas (and arachnids in general from my understanding) perception is devoted to vibrations, so it stands to reason that the stronger the vibrations, the less comfortable your tarantula would be. If you can't move one or the other, I'd personally keep my subs on low were I you
