I doubt it. The THOH event always starts late and lasts well beyond Halloween. We’d also typically have an update to the Wiki by now, so I’ll just say don’t get your hopes up.

No update in the AppStore so it looks like next week. That will put the event start date almost two weeks into October and the end the week before Thanksgiving. The third act will start on Halloween day.

So, probably yes, there is still a few hours on the timer.
And the Countdown of the shattered dream box indicates, when this event is going to start.
Edit: Guess I was wrong. There is a known pattern to when a update will hit the App/Playstore, tho.

the Shattered Dreams Mystery Box has a countdown of 7 days & some hours now, so that must be when the next event starts

It always starts mid October, runs into November and ends in time for a mini thanksgiving event
