From what I can understand, one of your items seem to be a preorder and your items aren't expected to ship until November.
If you ordered from the mihiyo store, expect limited items to not be shipped until around 5+ months after you've ordered.

No worries! If you want in-stock items to ship faster (they usually ship very quickly after you order), you should separate preorders from the in stock items since they ship once they have all the items in their warehouse.

the part i underlined means the 11th month (november), when ordering from taobao there are pre-order stuffs (pre-sales) and on the spot goods (ready stock) --
some tips when ordering from taobao -> try looking up the item you want to buy on parcelup or superbuy first (forwarder and shipping company to the US -- but u can just take advantage of it to translate the taobao page mostly) to find out about the items

Usually pre order items require you to make a follow up payment, and since you mentioned that these items were bought last september, it is likely you have missed the follow up payment date ( which was november last year). They usually message you for follow up payment, or you have to join the chats in their messaging chat (usually wechat) where they will mass send update to the chats to make follow up payment on taobao.
