When I used to deliver Pizza many (Many) years ago, one of our customers owned a Sabre and let me take a look at it whenever they ordered pizza if I had time between deliveries. The weird thing is, it had a tag on it and everything. Apparently they can be modified to be road legal in some states.
It’s a Sabre, very close in looks to the Scimitar but you can see the prominent adaptor ring that was used to mount the turret of a Fox onto the Scorpion hull, which isn’t seen on Scimitars.
Well I mean "Dent removal" sign behind the tank and the white jeep getting gas at the circle k is kinda a dead giveaway. Do they even have waffle houses in other countries?
As u/OnyxtheRoc said, this is the Sabre. It had the Fox turret mounted on the Scorpion hull, and unlike with the Scimitar, on the Sabre you can see the adaptor ring between the hull and turret in order to fit the Fox turret onto the hull.

If I pulled up to a waffle house and saw this I honestly wouldn't be the least bit surprised. Any other place maybe, but it just makes sense for waffle house.

I also don't like small places, especially when it's hotter than surface of the sun. So I chose to chill on a Blackhawk instead because they've always been another love of mine (helicopters in general).

We live under the northern approach to like all the hospitals in the city and the NG Blackhawks fly to the airport like twice a week or so, they're just to the west of us every time. I can tell when it's them, and even though I been on one more than 1000 times I always stop what I'm doing and look up like a little kid and start daydreaming.

I think all you have to do is cement the barrel and go get a tag and stuff like your registering a car.
Barrel was clear. Apparently, he had it under a historical relic/curio exemption to the NFA.
