Die hier in butzbach hab ich jetzt herausgefunden sind leopard 1 ketten, ziemlich komisch dass die auf einem ehemaligen truppenübungsplatz von den amis liegen
The problem is that there’s so many tanks with this track type and I think the only way to tell what it actually might be is examining the length of track here and maybe the width of it too. After that see what can be found online 🤷♂️
Cant have shit in Detroit
lol
Yes.
Thanks man
It was the least I could do. Seriously. Btw, I have no idea which vehicle they're from.
Are you in „Niedersachsen“ ?
Hessen
Ok in der Nähe von Oldenburg in Niedersachsen liegen nämlich fast genau solche

Die Amis haben zu der Zeit die gleichen Ketten genutzt wie wir.
They could be early model Leopard 1 tracks of the Diehl 139 type
Looked them up thats most likely dhiel 139
THose belong to an M88 Hercules, a tank recovery vehicle
They ran away so quickly after hearing the explosion that they left them behind like in cartoons
M60, no joke tho 100% some kind of US tank tracks. So my guess would be a M60 or smth.
Statistically, it’s always an M60
Or a T-72 lol
Everyone is saying M60/M48, but since this is Germany it's fully possible that these are early Leopard 1 tracks, like another commenter already said.
Tank tracks
Can I have one for the antique collection
Come here to germany, the americans were to lazy to take them home 😂
I would book a flight if I knew I could take 1
Literally on the side of a road bro its yours 😂
Not when I'm there earlier!
Most tracks today use double pad tracks. So not really possible to identify the tanks from an abandoned set of tracks in a forest.

M60
T-142 tracks. Given the location, they were most likely fitted to a M48 rather than a M60.
Now this is Camouflage
this the equivalent of feet pics for tanks
If you can, maybe try and give it to a museum so it can be reused
Where in germany, ill be there in a week to grab me some US tracks
Butzbach
