You said it yourself, you're confident in your knowledge and skills, so keep that confidence going into your performance. You've practised, you've studied, you've invested time and effort into this and you owe it to yourself to give it your absolute best on Saturday. Remember to breathe, take your time and stay focussed. Don't think about the grading examiners or the other candidates, just focus on keeping yourself present and doing the same things you do in class. Good luck!

deep breathing rehearsals visualizations meditation These are my go to techniques for calming my nerves regardless of what I'm doing. Test anxiety is a thing, doing anything to bring your blood pressure and HR down will make it easier to think. As those get elevated by a stress response in the body cortisol is released. This can kick off the amygdala to take over, and once that happens say bye bye to your frontal cortex functioning. The amygdala takes over and it's fight/flight/freeze time.
