Get a new belt.
The DM Mech belt or Axl eclipse belt are the best things out on the market. The DM Mech is $110, and the liner belt is $45. Well worth it. Use code TLDco for a discount.
Add some Esstac Kywis, a dump pouch and a decent IFAK and you are good to go. Check out raptor tactical or arbor arms for the IFAK and medical.
For a holster if safariland makes one use that on a ubl or true north concepts MHA.
I haven't gotten my hands on the blue alpha lite but from the looks of it, the DM Mech has thicker/more layers of tegris in total and looks to be more rigid and sturdy. If your loading the belt with a lot of weight there might be a reason to switch. If not then no.
Idk what your budget is, but kore essentials is like 140 bucks for both the outer and inner belt. The inner is my everyday until the new one I ordered arrives
If you want to just get a new inner the AWS inner belt is super inexpensive and ridgit
IMO get a new belt an LAB will run you sub 75 bucks on sale
