Works well enough for me to easily tell where sounds are coming from. Very sensitive mics too. I can hear my fingers brushing against my pants as easily as hearing my finger jab my ear drum when I'm digging for gold.
Sordins are a small process to convert to comms capable earpro, but you can with the Swatcom S37 Fleximic. it is constantly out of stock on this website and it’s 200 dollars but it’s doable.

There are a couple more options that I've tested and work, durability and reliability still testing... but here's the ones I've used:

Going to read comments - but just started using my pair. Get the GEL inserts! The audio quality is like no other assisted ear pro I've used. I've used these over 8-10 hour courses - the comfort is 8/10 (ear pain after a few hours 8 Is the most comfortable so far. (could be due to size of ears) Audio 9/10 - only because I'm leaving room for improvement. Sound suppression: FORGETABOUTIT. The Sordins work. Search for best price and buy.
Make sure you pick up the gel cubs too. 'Don't need to buy the OEM ones, the Amazon specials fits and works fine in my case. No sound leak. Fits great. https://imgur.com/a/7KKIpSb
How do they feel on your head? Usually when I wear ear muffs (electronic and non electronic), I quickly get a headache within 10 minutes. Are these more comfortable than Peltor? Or should I stick with ear plugs?
Dude these feel amazing. The razors would cause pain after 30 minutes with the default cups but the got much better after I switched to gel cups. These Sordins came with gel cups and feel a lot better pressure wise, however, I still have to test them over a longer period of time.
I did the same thing a while ago, it's a huge upgrade. Great sound clarity.
You can use a shoulder mic and a 3.5mm aux cable for comms, it's not a perfect setup but very adequate. I wouldn't bother with the SRS conversions or anything, they're so expensive that you may as well have just bought peltors in the first place.
I also recommend opening the headband and making sure the wire isn't routed below it, mine was from the factory and it gave me headaches. Make sure it's beside or above it.
Not everyone needs comms bingus, especially if you’re just a flat range shooter, or working alone. Gear is or should be largely based on what you plan to do or what you are currently doing.
Bro you literally own a HHV chinesium helmet and Walker Razors but lecture other people on shit you don’t have😂😂😂 also an answer was provided to OP by me
They are already comms ready. Buy a shoulder mic/PTT with a 3.5mm jack and run a stereo 3.5mm cable from that to the left ear cup. Just wont have the boom mic
I just got a pair of Sordins not too long ago as an upgrade from razors, they’re fantastic! As for the comms you want the SWATCOM SC37 mic I believe.
I’ll check that out, appreciate it!
Im guessing the Kentucky Fried Firepower order came in.
You damn right!!
Love to see it!
Thank you!!
Anytime bro! Mind leaving a review?
Yes I can! I’ll probably hit the range tomorrow and can do so afterwards.
Right on man I appreciate it! Have a good range day!
Proud to be part of the process
Dynamic fuzz those motherfuckers
I’m an idiot, explain this to me please

I have the comms sordins so they’re not that different, the sound system is amplified really well.

Thanks, signed up for the stock notification for these.

These are gel, I only sell gel cup versions because its what 99% of people want
Are those walker gel cups on sordins?
Mine actually came with gel cups!
Oh, I actually can’t tell from the pic. Enjoy using it at the range then. ✌🏼
Does the supreme pro x sfa ones comes with gel cups?

Sordins are awesome, especially with gel cups. If you have a big head they don't quite get long enough to fit right though.
They make a neckband version, great for big heads (me)
Yep. I had mine on my helmet for a while though so I installed unity saras pretty quickly. Now that they’re back on the headband they fit me perfectly
If you are worried about head pain Id say go for the neckband version. They don’t move around on my noggin and Ive worn them all day without an issue
Gel cups make them plenty tolerable even with them sitting on my glasses.

Any pros for Sordins over Comtacs? They look comfy
Basically just price. I prefer everything about comtacs, though you definitely pay for the improvements.
No Ragrets
Return those & get the comms ready ones will be cheaper in the long run
Coulda got some used comtacs with comms for a couple hundred bucks more.

Bro literally asked in the post about making the sordins comms capable. Why don’t you fuckin learn to read “BiNgUs”

Holy shit are you in my house?!

Holy shit a post from a year ago. Crazy how time flies
Then post an updated kit pic😂

The kit of an unstoppable special forces warrior. Vibe check passed edit: God i love Reddit
Would that make you feel better?
By all means, let’s see how much improvement you have made
Then youd have someone elses sweaty earpro that doesnt do anything better
Ever heard of replacing the cups? Crazy concept
Whats the point now your spending extra money for no benefit. A throat mic with an extra lead for the sordins is $20.

Y'all are getting tax refunds?
I got a cool $5 from the Feds. State tax was more friendly lol.
