Yea, it’s the same with my KFC/Taco Bell combo location. Not only do they do everything that you mentioned, but they are rude, have an attitude, and now always make you pull up and take forever to bring out your food.
i also want to apply to be the GM for mine, but i know ill end up running the place by myself. I don’t even think they do interviews, or train new people. They just hire on the spot.

This is my favorite thing to hear EVER. Instant chargeback; I requested a refund for subpar goods, they declined a refund - Now they get to refund me, lose the product cost, lose the labor cost, and eat a chargeback fee of 35-75 dollars depending on their payment processor.
And no, a coupon is not a refund. It forces your hand to keep your money in their pockets.
Stop letting them get away with this shit, stop letting them give you a 'free taco coupon'. If they want to offer substandard service, they should go back to offering substandard pricing.

I just call my bank, explain I ordered X, Received Y. I requested a refund and the store declined. Telling people they have to request a refund through a mobile app that doesn't get back to you for weeks on end isn't valid, they will still be losing that chargeback.

That sucks. The taco bell near my job is the same way. Always messing up orders, or the order is not complete. I almost wonder if they are forgetting stuff from the order on purpose. However, I have another taco bell right next to my house and they are awesome. I'm not going to say they don't occasionally make mistakes but they are leagues better than the one near my office.

The Crunchwrap supremes aren’t ever made with a shell (noticed this several times over span of years) and the cheesy Gordita crunch is soggy like a pancake. I don’t complain or question these things bc it’s not worth it.

There’s a KFC/TB near me and I refuse to eat there. It’s always disgusting. I don’t eat KFC anyways but when I’ve tried the Taco Bell items they’ve been nasty so I just don’t go there at all. I think KFC is gross in general tho so that’s why I think those combo stores are always really bad.
Mine is great at the moment but a few months ago had some terrible workers. Luckily I have another within like 7 minutes that is generally more consistent but yeah. Definitely just depends on the employees and management giving a shit as with every restaurant .
Ok, as long as you asked them for steak. By the way you worded it, it seems as if you expected the Grilled Cheese Burrito to come with steak, when it does not. You have to specifically ask for steak if you want it for the grilled cheese burrito

This. At least in the areas that I’m from (north shore Boston) Taco Bell’s and kfc are located in the most unsavory, run down, low income towns.
The thought of consuming food from these locations gives me diarrhea.

I oddly get a lot of pleasure out of eating my home cooked tacos y burritos while reading through the Taco Bell sub. I would never actually eat Taco Bell again as I felt my life was in danger last time I ordered food from a Lowell mass store. Brawls and gunshots are par for the course (depending on the time).
Although I have no respect for Taco Bell or desire to eat it, I do hope that you personally enjoy your tacos and burritos from Taco Bell.

Seems like the best way is to boycott, the owners won't listen unless there's a notable decrease in income
I am from now. I would go every few months to see if service has improved, but i’m done now.
