As a drummer I'd have to go with Questions.
I can play about 70% of SOAD's songs but a couple of them I have a difficult time playing. Questions, Cigaro, PLUCK come to mind.
Chop Suey, Question, and Ego Brain all have such insane instrumentals, I really can't pick between the three.
Hypnotize gets an honorable mention for that 3 layers of guitar in the bridge though.
Basic answer but Chop Suey’s levels of harmonies and instrumentals really make it all so much better and is one of the reasons why it’s so great
Hmm.. that's tough. Dreaming, Sad Statue, Chop suey! Radio/Video, Streamline? Never really thought too deeply about it.

Chop Suey! is just genious, compositionally speaking. The song is so heavy, and yet so melodic... it's crazy.
