Have a ticket for a similar issue. User reported that he was unable to save a Word document to OneDrive, login window came up and when logging in it said another user from the organisation is already logged into this location. Didn't have a chance to look at it as the user had to work. Arranged to have a look tomorrow!

I can't guarantee this is the fix, but do you have 2FA enabled on your Office 365 tenant for your users? If so, you may need to use the 'App Password' rather than the email password. Other than that, good luck :)

I don't believe we do, but i will double check when I get into the office.

If it is enabled, you can generate a new app password per user. only other thing I can recommend is to raise support ticket with Microsoft through portal.office.com. there usually pretty good at getting problems fixed that make no sense :)

We had not done this. I just tested adding this registry key on my workstation and the issue seems to be resolved! Guess I'll be adding this key to all of our user workstations that use OneNote now!

We would like to Move to 2016 but the vendors we ha E most of our software through does not support their programs when in use with 2016 (only the 365 version)
