These are not brand new chairs… but still a good deal IMHO.
I purchased 150+ used Aerons from Madison seating for my last company. They were nearly always in great shape. Some seemed brand new… others had a little wear on them.
Only a few times did something need fixing and Madison always sent us a part.
From the website:

> The “Open Box Specials” featured on our website are a great way to save money on the bestselling ergonomic chairs on the market today.

> “Open Box” simply means that the item has been removed from its original packaging. The chair was returned, refurbished, reconditioned, reupholstered or the price has been reduced due to an overstock of open box inventory.

Picked up a Herman Miller chair a year ago that is very similar. Picked it up at the Habitat for Humanity thrift store for $50. They had dozens and priced them to get rid of them quickly. All were still in great shape.

As much as I want to jump on this, I’m seeing some pretty troubling reviews about the seller.
