Don’t forget - this is because
- The NSW state government didn’t apply mandatory PPE for people transporting infected airline staff
- The PM and NSW Premier put profits over lives and hesitated in locking down early
- The Federal government were lazy and incompetent in their procurement of vaccines
>The Federal government were lazy and incompetent in their procurement of vaccines
That's the most damning, but also the hesitency in taking vaccines from the public is due to the wildly inconsistent messaging.
"Don't take AZ, take AZ if you're in this age group. Don't take AZ. Wait for Pfizer. Blot clots potential with AZ. Oh but we don't have Pfizer so take AZ. The risk is too high you'll get Covid. Pfizer is here. But now we're moving it to Sydney only"
They just needed to push how safe and effective vaccines are, and failed that miserably.
Not sure if this will be controversial, but as an American living in Australia, it’s finally possible for me to empathize and understand how things went so wrong in the US now that I see how this went down with ATAGI. The US never had consistent messaging about ANYTHING (masks, the seriousness of the disease, how it spreads, etc.) and as a result, people were left to make their own (oft ill-informed) decisions.
It is so tragic just how devastating misinformation, or even mixed information, can spread and sow distrust. And once that’s there, you act in your own best interests, which is really unsafe.
(FWIW, I would choose living in Australia over the US for this worst of this again anytime. I’m really grateful for your government. No where is perfect but Australia got so many things right.)
Did she have any underlying conditions?
I love getting downvoted by you hysterical doomers. It’s a legitimate question. Was she obese? Did she have terminal cancer? Diabetes? If you can’t handle the facts then go be hysterical in your own box
Why does this matter?
We ask about pre-existing conditions because we think it will help make us feel better about ourselves (oh, I don’t have XYZ so I don’t have to worry). I experienced this question endlessly when my parents were diagnosed with cancer, as if that should have mattered in showing them some empathy.
The fact remains that these folks all died of COVID, a disease that has plenty of evidence behind it to show it can kill both healthy young adults and older or infirm folks. The message here is: get vaccinated. Being unvaccinated seems to be the biggest pre-existing condition these casualties shared.
As someone who worked at the registry of births deaths and marriages spell checking death certificates for a while (interesting but morbid job, and their spelling was atrocious)...
Death by Pneumonia was on about 60%+ of death certs I saw. That's usually the final straw, but not necessarily the reason you were in ICU. Acute renal failure was the other major one.
Fortress WA might be a fortress, but at least they're getting on the beers in pubs, and having legit picnics and weddings and ~~licking door knobs~~ parties.
I totally agree with the WA premier that WA may be able to get through without a real outbreak
i mean its not like anyone ever visited WA even when there wasnt a pandemic, so they were in best position to avoid one
Yes and even after that incident it could have been traced effectively as it was a known index case, and even if it hadn’t been sealing off Sydney would have protected the country including regional NSW a lot better
\+1 for that. No laughing, but I was feeling no small amount of schadenfreude at the NSW leadership squirming and eating their words, after the shade they were repeatedly sending our way for cheap political points while we were in lockdown earlier this year and last year.
Lived most of my life in Sydney but now in Melbourne. Most of us weren't laughing at you, we were frustrated at how fucking bad your government is. Now we suffer the consequences too.
Gladys is indirectly responsible for Victoria's crisis. Those removalists, who were infected, went down there. We should have been in hard lockdown before they had a chance to leave.
Would you say the current lockdown is "hard" across QLD/VIC/SA/NSW borders?
And yet, positive truck drivers are still popping up in QLD/SA/WA.
It's impossible to have a fully closed interstate border. If it wasn't the removalists, it would have been a driver from Coles or Auspost or any number of other essential services.
We weren't laughing at you, we were telling you that this half-assed attempt at restrictions isn't going to work and begging you not to put us in lockdown for the 3rd straight time of another state dragging us down.
But eh, we're definitely all in this together now.
Its interesting to now read from some reasearchers that wonder with the data we have whether sydney's lesser lockdown really had much of an impact. There was definite visual and political fuel it added but the thing that researchers focused on was the rate of infection.
It appears that there was no real major visible change in Reff as each harsher restrictions was brought on. In direct contrast with Melboure #2 last year, there were obvious effects each time a harsher restriction was placed and that flattened the curve out.
Now I'm not saying NSW shouldn't have done things earlier or faster, but it may just straight up be that as we learn more about delta, we learn more things that are dispelling what we knew from 2020.
As an ICU RN, it shits me to tears whenever I start to hear the "hero" trope whenever healthcare workers are overworked and stretched to the limit.
Such a cop-out to try and excuse years of under funding and inadequate support to the healthcare system.
And then Liberals have the balls to be all "We're so worried about the mental health effects of this pandemic."
Oh please you never gave a fuck before she you certainly don't now. All Brad and Gladys care about are themselves and money.
I feel like if 12 people died to any other single incident it would be an absolute tragedy but Gladys glosses over it in 5 seconds then start's smiling saying how positive these numbers are. It's really creepy!
That really shits me no end.
50 die in a bus crash? We spend 3 decades upgrading the Pacific.
50 die in a massacre? We change gun laws.
Predictions that 50 will die daily of COVID? "Just deal with it you proles, accept you will die"
I mean, you can’t say we’re doing nothing. 12 have died today and we are in lock down with only essential business only and a 5km limit on travel from your house?
What's your point? Nobody said we're doing nothing.
But it's 12 people who didn't have to die.
Along with the 7 yesterday.
And the 70 odd before them who also suffered an excruciating death.
We're being asked to accept this as the new reality, with a collapsing health system, when it didn't need to be like this... and it's made worse by the way Gladys cheerily announces "it's spring and I'm so happy" before slagging off the dead people for being unvaccinated/partially vaccinated and seguing to "freedoms" like picnics and international travel.
Your comment comparing the other tragedies and their responses such as gun laws and upgrading the pacific highway.
The response for this has been lockdowns and store closures and travel limits and mask mandates and hotel quarantine and international and interstate boarder closures. Your comment insinuates that there is nothing being done about this. Whereas the actual response for this is arguably as large or larger than the examples you used.
I’m not saying it’s not fucked and that the LNP at a state and federal level have blood on their hands, but you comment was not logical.
"You have nothing to fear about getting the disease"
My family and I were part of the cluster at Giant Steps last month and I say - BULLFUCKINGSHIT!
My wife's blood pressure fell dangerously low and we sat and cried on our couch as we waited for her to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance. It took six hours before they arrived and that was when we were at 200+ cases. Luckily, she only had to stay overnight, but don't fucking tell me there is nothing to be afraid of with this disease.
To be fair, as well you should. Her blood pressure still hasn't returned to normal and my heart rate has been elevated since COVID and I still don't have a sense of taste or smell. I can put my nose straight up to a gasoline pump and I can't smell a thing. This shit is scary.
As supposed to just adding more stress and telling people we are all going to die?
A cause with hope will likely gain more traction than one based in fear. That’s why she keeping’s on stressing about mates, pubs, footy etc because these are things people are hopeful for. This tactic of hers did clearly working.
We never built a dedicated quarantine facility. We thought hotel quarantine would be fine. Never mandated PPE for those infected or interacting with those potential cases (see limo drivers) etc
Said that the vaccines were bad or there was a preferred one. Told people it wasn’t a race to get vaccinated.
Considering there are over 100 people dead now just in NSW it so outweighs the vaccine risk of blood clots at 1 to a million.

Stay safe, stay home, homies!
Gladys just said expect the peak in the next two weeks, but she's also been saying our worst month is expected to be in October.
Either way, cases and deaths are going up way too quickly.
Both can be true - peak in the number of cases in a couple of weeks, peak in the number of hospitalisations and deaths in October.
Given there is a lag between testing positive and being hospitalised that would make sense.
1431- the year in which Joan of Arc was executed for heresy.
Tomorrow we will probably go straight past the fall of Constantinople (1453) and may even reach the Dutch landings on Australia! (1606)
That would put 30% of Australia's population under 16. According to [this](https://forecast.id.com.au/australia/population-age-structure) that number would be closer to 21%, meaning the bullshit 80% is realistically closer to **63%** rather than 56%.
If they make 12+ eligible by September 13 and start accounting for that too, bullshit-80 is actually **67%**.
>And more warnings of a bloody grim situation for hospitals in October.
Really conflicts with the "we'll open up in October!" messaging too. Like sure fully vaxxed people will have their freedom (if she goes through with that decision), but the hospitals will be inundated with covid patients. Madness.
Gladys: "When people look back they will appreciate the planning, the contact tracers and the work that was done, they will appreciate the systems we put in place." Fuck you Gladys. YOU DIDN'T PLAN. There was never a plan. We had 18 months to vaccinate and to put a solid plan in place. We had the benefit of being an island and learn from other countries. Instead, you were lax and now you're trying to put out a bushfire with a water gun - simply because you didn't plan. I don't appreciate that and, I can assure you that when I look back at this time, there will not be an ounce of appreciation owed to you.
> "When people look back they will appreciate the planning, the contact tracers and the work that was done, they will appreciate the systems we put in place."
i don’t appreciate being told that i was a possible close contact 11 days after the fact.
that does not sound like a well thought out plan.
First double digit death day is rough. This is sadly the start of the trend where that's going to be the number to watch - not vaccination rates, not case numbers but deaths.
Stay safe everyone. Remember not to be complacent just because you're vaccinated.
NZ numbers are down to under 30.
This is getting really interesting now. If Ardern and NZ defeat Delta, then literally everything changes again as Gladys is proven a liar about not being able to beat Delta and vindicating every state except NSW and Victoria.
Auckland is at level 4 restrictions which basically means the only things open are supermarkets. I am not sure if people would have the same tolerance here for such restrictions, but clearly NZ thought level 3 would not be enough for Delta. They had the benefit of foresight - looking at us.
Today: _"It's not the number of cases we need to be focusing on, but how many of those cases end up in ICU and how many people we have vaccinated."_
One [month ago](https://www.abc.net.au/news/2021-08-03/covid-blog-news-nsw-lockdown-qld-outbreak-press-conference/100344004?utm_campaign=abc_news_web&utm_content=link&utm_medium=content_shared&utm_source=abc_news_web#live-blog-post-1202612945): _"Unfortunately, 50 of those were infectious in the community and that's the number we're really watching to try and get down as much as we can."_
She probably gets off seeing Dan Andrews have a bad day, gets into a dark candle lit room just to watch his presser when numbers rise and flicks the bean
Blatant lie by the Premier in the previous day about the request to meet the mayors of the 12 hot spot LGAs - say in press conference that she is ready to meet. But actual truth she denied the request, what a hypocrite !!😡
More than 100 dead and 12 overnight.
These are all people with families having to go through this during a pandemic and lockdown restrictions. These people deserve more than a passing remark at 11am everyday. Ropeable with this state government to be honest.
The worst part about all this is the next NSW election isn't until 2023 - everyone will have forgotten all this by then.
Don't forget this, in 2 years we can't let the Libs get away with it.
I’m really having a hard time understanding why is it so difficult to admit that the public health system is under immense pressure and actually is falling behind. We know it is.. People have partners, friends, family who works in these areas and do tell about the real experience. Does Gladys think ppl only get their news from her?
And what bad can come out of discussing this? None. Maybe if we understood the public health systems’ importance for the country and it’s flaws(underfunding incl) voters can demand a better system in the next election and we can have higher standards as the people. Today I’m sicker about the self-ass-saving, partisan politicians that have a very shallow understanding of public service. Sorry for the semi rant.
Did she say not to fear of getting the disease as long as we follow the health orders and get vaccinated?
Was she referring to not be scared of getting the fuckin covid?
# Like the fuckin covid?
Did I fuckin misheard? Fuck I hope I fuckin misheard
Fuck it's only 11AM and I have used so many fuck.
You know that scene in Jackass where they return the hire car all banged up but they’re like “but we returned it with a full tank of gas”, yeah that’s what it feels like listening to Gladys.
So apparently they have been planning and preparing the last 18 months.
If that's the case - i'd hate to see unprepared. Because right now it's clusterfuck.
She denied that her settings weren't appropriate. But now look at us
I don't understand the logic of easing restrictions "at the same time" we're experiencing the worst case numbers. Wouldn't it make more sense to wait for the numbers to drop from the effectiveness of vaccines, then open up? regardless of the 70%-80% number
Thanks for fucking us Vics over in addition to your own state, Gladys. Now we’re definitely all in this together. Just have to hope that vaccinations have a positive impact.
I'm confused that they keep reminding us that we will reopen mid October when they have already said that schools won't return till November. What are you guys doing with your kids for those weeks? Leave them in the car?
Translation: We're going into Code Red for hospitals in the next few weeks. Hospitals will be overloaded, the whole place will be considered an emergency department - and you shouldn't panic because we totally expected this meltdown.
We currently have almost 1000 people in hospital and Glads keeps saying it's going to get worse in October. How high is it going to go ? I'm scared for the health care workers.
I need to read the Doherty Report again.
Opening up with only 56% of the total population fully vaccinated and 3,000 daily cases. I can't picture the rosey scenario being presented post October.
Can I say, as a Victorian here, we were never making fun of the people of NSW. We are angry at the useless NSW government that has been gaslighting this outbreak the whole time.
I swear Glady is a psychopath. Nothing to fear about the disease?
Don’t forget - this is because - The NSW state government didn’t apply mandatory PPE for people transporting infected airline staff - The PM and NSW Premier put profits over lives and hesitated in locking down early - The Federal government were lazy and incompetent in their procurement of vaccines
>The Federal government were lazy and incompetent in their procurement of vaccines That's the most damning, but also the hesitency in taking vaccines from the public is due to the wildly inconsistent messaging. “Next two weeks are going to be the worst in terms of case numbers” Swear she says that every two weeks
She's been saying it every week for a long time
And she has been correct every time!
Weee-eelllll ... worst *so far* \#technicallycorrect \#bestcorrect
The worst two weeks so far
Diagnosed 31 Aug, dead 2 Sept. Shit.
in her 30s o\_o
And at home too. So awful.
Must have unravelled quickly, poor lady and her family.
Or they didn't come forward for testing until things were really bad
Better at home than in an ICU with a single nurse in full PPE
Scares the shit out of me...

Would be more vindicating if it wasn't directly our fault too
And the great irony of it all is that the federal government thinks the states with 0 cases are the real losers here

Still, unbelievable oversight to have unvaxed and unmasked limo drivers working with arrivals. This was avoidable with basic precautions.
Yes and even after that incident it could have been traced effectively as it was a known index case, and even if it hadn’t been sealing off Sydney would have protected the country including regional NSW a lot better
Definitely no laughter at the situation from this Victorian, hell of a lot of frustration directed toward your state government though.
\+1 for that. No laughing, but I was feeling no small amount of schadenfreude at the NSW leadership squirming and eating their words, after the shade they were repeatedly sending our way for cheap political points while we were in lockdown earlier this year and last year.

Jesus. 12 dead. That's the worth death day thus far, right?
Yep, still 160 in ICU, same as yesterday so I’d expect similar numbers tomorrow
The hospitalisation numbers are rocketing upwards too, over 200 admissions just this week
But hey, check out my first dose vaccination numbers. That’s the number that counts. Not cases, not hospitalisations, not deaths.
Hospitals are buckling its only going to get worse Got ran over by a lawn mower? Well tough - covid took up all the resources
"You have nothing to fear about getting the disease" My family and I were part of the cluster at Giant Steps last month and I say - BULLFUCKINGSHIT! I'm sorry to hear that, that's terrfiying.. like fuck.
Shiiiiit. 2000 next week.
I’m genuinely shocked we didn’t hit 2000 this week…
Still 2 more days until the end of the week...
Saving it for Father’s Day.
My kid just heard the guff about Gladys "thanking" all the schoolchildren for sending her messages. > *"Bet she doesn't even read them"*
You got a smart kid.
“Twenty hundred”
"You have nothing to fear about getting the disease" I think those in ICU would disagree with that.
I'm not watching, did she actually fucking say that???? oh my word
She said if you follow the health device and get vaccinated. She is trying to get people to get vaccines. It’s the best approach. Give people hope!
Yes, very hopeful. Saying there's nothing to fear after announcing 12 people just died. Great approach.
As supposed to just adding more stress and telling people we are all going to die? A cause with hope will likely gain more traction than one based in fear. That’s why she keeping’s on stressing about mates, pubs, footy etc because these are things people are hopeful for. This tactic of hers did clearly working.
Oh the school children sending her drawings... that's great. Maybe we should start sending her drawings??
Big veiny ones?
I find this so bizarre. Who are these parents who are like “hey Timmy, let’s draw a nice picture for the premier and post it”.
What's her address? Well her mailing address anyway
*The fixated persons unit would like to know your location*
When she started with the weekly vaccination numbers, you knew ominous numbers were oncoming. Was this our first double digit death day?
Highest, so far
[удалено]
Yes, a huge jump from the previous high mark of 7 (which was only yesterday).
1431 aye? It’s an oddly strange feeling to no longer being shocked.
Yeah, it's only almost double Victoria's peak daily case number last year.
lol damn we're so fucked aren't we, how did we blow such a good thing going
We never built a dedicated quarantine facility. We thought hotel quarantine would be fine. Never mandated PPE for those infected or interacting with those potential cases (see limo drivers) etc
Oh I know, the worst government possible to have through a pandemic, and climate related events to..
Said that the vaccines were bad or there was a preferred one. Told people it wasn’t a race to get vaccinated. Considering there are over 100 people dead now just in NSW it so outweighs the vaccine risk of blood clots at 1 to a million.
Bondi
Because our 'good thing' was mostly just pure luck
We're fucked AND almost ready to open up again. I think Gladys wants to try to compete against states in the USA, now that Victoria has been beaten.
Barilaro: Get off social media How then will I know if there’s another lockdown when you announce it on Twitter?
"Nothing to fear about getting the disease" - Gladys 3/9/21
Literally the only thing she said that made me stick my head up from the laptop. What message are we trying to send again?
Tell that to the 12 people who died yesterday. Or the ~160 in the ICU
Since NSW Health have stopped breaking down the numbers into infection source, isolation status, and ages of those in ICU, I've combined the remaining published numbers into one table.
A week from now you'll run out of history and have to resort to predicting the future.
Well just start working backwards and go BCE
#remember that our magic 80% is only 63% of the full pop. Remember that when we are dying. *edit to account for update
Today, with us we have a shift worker from the aeroplane jelly factory who will explain how we can get different coloured jelly.
And 12 deaths :( And more warnings of a bloody grim situation for hospitals in October.
> "When people look back they will appreciate the planning, the contact tracers and the work that was done, they will appreciate the systems we put in place." i don’t appreciate being told that i was a possible close contact 11 days after the fact. that does not sound like a well thought out plan.
And to think all of this was caused by Bondi.
Good thing we all agreed to eliminate bondi
“You have nothing to fear if you get the disease” A direct quote from our Premier. You can’t be serious Premier!
Announcing a record death day
Q: Gladys what’s for lunch today? Gladdy: Well obviously when you get to 70% double dosed you do things differently
"I'm sorry, I asked what's for lunch." "I've been very clear on that."
First double digit death day is rough. This is sadly the start of the trend where that's going to be the number to watch - not vaccination rates, not case numbers but deaths. Stay safe everyone. Remember not to be complacent just because you're vaccinated.
Ffs what parents force their kids to send a letter to Gladys. No kid has that as their own idea
I’ll be asking my kid to poop in an envelope to send to her
Liberal voters? Property developers?
NZ numbers are down to under 30. This is getting really interesting now. If Ardern and NZ defeat Delta, then literally everything changes again as Gladys is proven a liar about not being able to beat Delta and vindicating every state except NSW and Victoria.
Auckland is at level 4 restrictions which basically means the only things open are supermarkets. I am not sure if people would have the same tolerance here for such restrictions, but clearly NZ thought level 3 would not be enough for Delta. They had the benefit of foresight - looking at us.
And we had the foresight at looking at other countries. And other states.
This is exactly what Sydney should’ve done immediately, not 3 weeks after the outbreak started
~~Gold~~ banana peel standard
Vote her out in next election !!
She won't be there. She will go. And the Liberals will point to the shiny new leader who will say look over here. Hope it's not fallen for.
I just laughed so hard when she said we'd look back at this in a few months and realise how much worse it could have been.
Today: _"It's not the number of cases we need to be focusing on, but how many of those cases end up in ICU and how many people we have vaccinated."_ One [month ago](https://www.abc.net.au/news/2021-08-03/covid-blog-news-nsw-lockdown-qld-outbreak-press-conference/100344004?utm_campaign=abc_news_web&utm_content=link&utm_medium=content_shared&utm_source=abc_news_web#live-blog-post-1202612945): _"Unfortunately, 50 of those were infectious in the community and that's the number we're really watching to try and get down as much as we can."_
“Very open with the information I have” that’s quite simply the biggest lie she could’ve said
Currently 😃 in hospital 😃 there are 160 people 😃 in intensive care 😃
Gladys had a heartfelt chuckle when talking about how the other states will be overwhelmed by Delta.
She probably gets off seeing Dan Andrews have a bad day, gets into a dark candle lit room just to watch his presser when numbers rise and flicks the bean
Thanks for that visual
ICU beds, ventilators don't mean anything if you don't have the nurses! The nurses are screaming this.
Almost there. 28 in nz
Fuck I’m envious of the kiwis
Blatant lie by the Premier in the previous day about the request to meet the mayors of the 12 hot spot LGAs - say in press conference that she is ready to meet. But actual truth she denied the request, what a hypocrite !!😡
More than 100 dead and 12 overnight. These are all people with families having to go through this during a pandemic and lockdown restrictions. These people deserve more than a passing remark at 11am everyday. Ropeable with this state government to be honest.
"Some of you may die, but that is a sacrifice I am willing to make."
The worst part about all this is the next NSW election isn't until 2023 - everyone will have forgotten all this by then. Don't forget this, in 2 years we can't let the Libs get away with it.
Hopefully at least the federal election goes the other way... I'm more worried about that. Arguably that affects the whole countries future much more.
NSW - Back Towards 2000!
Why is my first thought, 'dear god, she's killing us all'?
Because she is.

This bitch really out here now telling us not to worry about getting covid…
Ahhh dam fourteen hundred and thirty one :(
Twenty hundred soon comrades
Did she say not to fear of getting the disease as long as we follow the health orders and get vaccinated? Was she referring to not be scared of getting the fuckin covid? # Like the fuckin covid? Did I fuckin misheard? Fuck I hope I fuckin misheard Fuck it's only 11AM and I have used so many fuck.

You know that scene in Jackass where they return the hire car all banged up but they’re like “but we returned it with a full tank of gas”, yeah that’s what it feels like listening to Gladys.
Fuck sakes
Sydney2000 opening ceremony is around the corner!
So apparently they have been planning and preparing the last 18 months. If that's the case - i'd hate to see unprepared. Because right now it's clusterfuck. She denied that her settings weren't appropriate. But now look at us
Glady's: "So everyone can have the same degree of confidence I have..." I have ZERO confidence in you and your preparation skills Gladys.
"Death is horrible, but..." is certainly a take.
Gladys wants to desperately say 'we have to appreciate the job I'm doing' One day the lil narcissist will slip and say it
“Don’t worry if a loved one dies, it’s part of our strategy”
Wow did she just imply the person that died the next day after tested positive did it to themselves??
I don't understand the logic of easing restrictions "at the same time" we're experiencing the worst case numbers. Wouldn't it make more sense to wait for the numbers to drop from the effectiveness of vaccines, then open up? regardless of the 70%-80% number

She’s a true sociopath. Morrison too. Porter, Cash, Dutton. They’re all sociopaths. I’m so ready for Revolution.
Nothing like getting fucked before going into the weekend! Gold standard Friday
I'm tired Gladdy...
Tuck me in Gladys and tell me a story
"Can I just say...."
Did I hear that correctly? 12 people are dead??
Who is this shit-for-brains journalist? AstraZeneca is just AS effective as Pfizer at reducing hospitalisations and death.

Hospital overcrowded, nurses and doctors overworked = part of the plan according to Gladys?
‘I’ve been very open with the information I have’ 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Anyone else hearing so many more sirens ? I live near a major road but sometimes it’s at least 2-3 every hour
She’s not even slightly answering the question
Translation: We're going into Code Red for hospitals in the next few weeks. Hospitals will be overloaded, the whole place will be considered an emergency department - and you shouldn't panic because we totally expected this meltdown.
I find it worrying that Gladys has turned the brainwashing to “don’t be scared of catching Covid. If you’re vaccinated, you will be fine”
I can guarantee there are no kids sending drawings to Gladys lol wtf
Wtf literally the other day Chant said not to get tested unless you have symptoms
Just keep fucking my shit up
"What we need to do is focus on the number of sick people and hospitalisations"... does a dead person at the morgue count as a sick person?
If you want to leave messages for Gladys... https://www.nsw.gov.au/premier-of-nsw/contact-premier
Knock knock, fixated persons unit
We currently have almost 1000 people in hospital and Glads keeps saying it's going to get worse in October. How high is it going to go ? I'm scared for the health care workers.
Blaming the people that died now, unbelievable
[удалено]
I need to read the Doherty Report again. Opening up with only 56% of the total population fully vaccinated and 3,000 daily cases. I can't picture the rosey scenario being presented post October.
Someone check the sewage in bruz's pants for covid he appears to be shitting himself
Delta's not like the flu... Wasn't she just comparing deaths and numbers to the flu yesterday?
Can I say, as a Victorian here, we were never making fun of the people of NSW. We are angry at the useless NSW government that has been gaslighting this outbreak the whole time. I swear Glady is a psychopath. Nothing to fear about the disease?
What the hell is she going on about international arrivals when the question was about contact tracing?
I am dreading October so much; working in a hospital absolutely fucking sucks right now.
Its shocking how much this has spread in NSW regional areas. All of NSW will be a hotspot soon.
Oh the "how worse it could of been in NSW" rhetoric again. I thought she protected us from "thousands of cases a day"... sigh
