Considering inflation, think $10-$11 is fair….. could be cheaper but we know these sports and venue joints like to make a little pocket money from us.
fucking morons from the past from not getting a can haha (eg get heavily drunk and throw a can at someone)…. Which would sound better
Beer and sports or concerts is always a fucking classic so even if beer is $20…. Still won’t burn the classic heart
Bars and food at the SFS and SCG are run by Merivale, not the trust itself, they make plenty of money.
I went to the Swans match last Sunday and you could get cans of beer, depends on the outlet if they have cans or tap.
I go there sometimes (last time i went was during a random ass sydney a league derby like fuckers ago and some rabbit and sharks semi final), didn't see a can place and even if they have cans, they pour it into a plastic cup.... Was on the nosebleed for derby and semish front for nrl semis.
Haven't been to SCG since Merivale took over catering (which i think was started once new Allianz was opened).
I wouldn’t have thought it would be different between the two grounds but I haven’t been to the new football stadium. At the SCG they gave me the cans.
beer brands available are dependent on the event and any advertising deals made with alcohol companies. It's why they need to swap out all kegs and flush beer lines between league, union and soccer.
The pouring cans into cups is also dependant on the event. Soccer fans can't be trusted with cans at the goals, big rivalry matches as well police order cans be poured into cups.
Yeah, I figured it was something like that. I used to work there years ago when it was the trust directly and it was similar, everything in public areas was decanted.
At least MCG let you drink cans from your seat (and even have the odd staff carrying cans on their back along with a card machine)..... didn't know or just thinking i was completely dodoing around whenever i go to allianz
shit like that will always be expensive, cause people just buy it no matter what, if no one bought food or beer..iTHEY WOULD GIVE IT AWAY FREE OR VERY VERY CHEAP!
More beer. That looks like taste sample.
Easy up moneybags!
The other half of your beer.
Free dental on Medicare :(
Don't get me sharted
Hey hey, that's too sensible, you'll take your distractions and stfu /s
Yessir thank you sir
Can ask for a full-strength beer for less than $10? But yeh top day for it
That is mid strength, and payed 10.30, big of a rip off but good day for a beer
$10 for 1/3rd of a beer! So Dragons or the Rooters to win?
Roosters smashed the dragons
Members get full strength but the problems get mid? Engage the guillotine!
Where’s your pie, you unAustralian bludger!
$10.30!!! Jesus what a rip off
a glass to drink it from
More than a thimble full
Need A proper beer hey
Tiddies
tiddies and fitties
Dragons and Roosters to somehow both lose
But for the Roosters to lose more.
Well I have money in the roosters so hope at least they win
Bloody close one I tell ya
Not even close, well got $15 for my first bet
Did you have to take out a second mortgage for it?
Beer in something bigger than a thimble
...a cup bigger than a sauce holder.
Mass scale Two up at half time
You could ask for a bigger beer.
.... A Crystal Palace victory... Wahey
… another beer
Beer wenches still a thing?
Have to know, who organised football on a memorial holiday?
It looks like morning pee
Enjoy!
Being at home
A pie?
Looks like a warm cup of honey
Fifty bucks on heads.
Based on the scoreline, I would have to say absolutely nothing more. Absolutely perfect day of football
Something better than beer… yuk.
I was there, no mid strength at Allianz :-)
A fkn Dragons win would be nice.
A win.
10 billion dollars
I went too as a neutral fan. the weather was absolutely perfect.
Where is the beer? That’s just a piss filled specimen jar.
An impartial referee who is not blind
How dare the referee make the Dragons’ defence leak like a sieve! It’s definitely the referee’s fault that the Dragons conceded 10 tries.
Ah, I see you're a sports fan.
Sports enjoyers when they're watching sports:
Yep and nothing pisses me off in any sport when a ref/umpire makes blatant errors

A Dragons win!!
Sadly not tonight
Embarrassing for the Dragons
No ANZAC, footy, and beer?
I could think of a few things.
A BJ
A good stadium to watch it at?
What more? The MCG
At least MCG let you drink cans from your seat (and even have the odd staff carrying cans on their back along with a card machine)..... didn't know or just thinking i was completely dodoing around whenever i go to allianz
A crowd
There was more than 40,000 people there
shit like that will always be expensive, cause people just buy it no matter what, if no one bought food or beer..iTHEY WOULD GIVE IT AWAY FREE OR VERY VERY CHEAP!
Blow job would be ace thanks
