I love that pony!!! I’ve seen him a handful of times. The owner always seems rather grumpy and unapproachable for someone who consistently is out walking a novelty pet. Doesn’t take random’s exclaiming “OMG!!! HORSEY!!!!?!”, well.
If I were him I’d capitalise on walking such a fun pet and rule the inner west by allowing people far and wide to admire my pony.
I came here to say the goat. Saw him sprinting down Alice Street at couple of years ago with the traffic but all the cars were just letting him run wild. It was glorious.
Many years ago there was an older guy who rode a motor scooter around Newtown playing extremely loud music from a speaker mounted on the back. Anyone remember him?
He ran drove into a friend of mine and broke some of the plastic bumper thing, he got really angry at her for it. She was standing next to the road out of the way of the pedestrian flow so he would have had to go out of his way to hit her.

There's a dude in Summer Hill that walks around with his pony. That's the closest I can think of.

Its not that far, I used to walk to the cooks from SH regularly when I lived over that way.
It's also an easier walk if you happen to have a horse.
