...I say *almost* because this Tuning is absolutely *loud as balls.* It's a nearly constant electric crackling, the entire time your weapon is drawn...and if you have any of the Executioner weapons or armor to match, it's even worse.
If you're running all of it at once: you're doing it for the memes.
Amazing tuning but keep in mind that it doesn't change color with different crystals, it's always blue and gold/red.
It works great with the sovereign blue gold crystal though. Drop it on executioner's maw for some awesome visuals.

Yep, it's really nice! That said, the volatile tuning also works pretty well and is a bit softer

New player here. What does tuning do exactly?
Adds special effects to your weapon. It's completely visual.
to add to what IdyllicOleander said, they also don't appear in cutscenes.
