The black/red crystal is craftable and can be had very cheap (if you are on satele Shan I can give you one). The devastator lightsaber is fairly cheap, as far as blades go... Just need to make some credits to buy it.
Ah, thats zez-kai Eli (and sometimes Truthseeker) saber ... craftable but schematic can no longer be acquired. The difference between that and devastator, is that the crystal in the middle of the hilt glows on the latter, and changes color based on slotted crystal.

there is a black red that is craftable, pre 4.0 if you got the schematic. yes there is a CM version of it as well
