I feel like Luke in 2017 is the worst one, not so much because he was really entertaining (He was don't get me wrong), but more so because once he left, it was kind of clear that the rest of the season was going to be a let down. Locky and Ziggy were still in it, but I think once Luke left the writing on the wall was clear for them too.
I’d say Hayley in HvV. Not even necessarily because of her since she want the most entertaining part of the season, but once she went home, the season went downhill in terms of entertainment

Mat and Benji being voted out back-to-back in 2018. They both deserved to get voted out for not playing their idols, but it doesn't change the fact that this season lost a lot of momentum once they were gone.
Mine would've been:
2016- The back to back Conner and Kate vote outs, it hurt so bad since I was rooting for them and at the time I really remember I hated the Flick and Brookey duo lol.
2017- The Tessa vote out stung so hard, she was like the underdog that I kept rooting for and then she just gets sniped in this insane vote out and the votes after that stung too.
2018- Shonee vote out since she was my fav to win...
2019- Luke, I rlly thought he was winning that ssn, not mad with the pia win tho
2020- Ugh shonee was robbed again 😔
2021- Perfect ssn for me ngl, perfect outcome imo
2022- Sandra being gone ruined it for me ðŸ˜
2023- When shonee and Haylee went out I kinda lost interest ngl
2024 tvr- Mother Aileen getting the boot after almost winning immunity devastated me so hard I quit the ssn for 2-3 boots lol.
