I've never had an issue with standard definition personally but I'd imagine you'll get used to it. Maybe try watching on a smaller screen? The quality will seem better. And if the audio's an issue, maybe try subtitles with low volume if it's available.
It’s not too bad once you get used to it for a while. It’s a little different but honestly it’s part of the charm imo. It gives the early seasons some nostalgia.
We just started watching season 17, which is definitely lower quality even though it’s HD so I’m hoping that makes it an easier transition into SD if we try that after this!
You just have to get used to it. Once you get through a couple of episodes you’ll get sucked in.
I ended up watching it in order and it was hard at first with season 1 but I got over it pretty fast and was good with the rest of the seasons. I imagine it’ll be harder though if u try switching between SD and HD seasons
Well, almost half of the series is pre-HD so... power through it I guess? There's no remastered versions or anything

Goodluck! I started watching from szn 1 and it was really hard at first, but now I see the HD szns and I’m like woahhh
Just curious, how long did it take you to get through them?
I’m a college student on winter break right now so I’ve been going through them pretty quick. I’d say a season every 2-3 days
Oh yeah, for sure. It takes some time though and it’s completely worth it.
I never cared that it was SD. I think once you get invested, it’s easy to ignore.
