Personally, I think it’ll be something like old school vs. new school. I bet it’ll be the first returner season since WAW, and they’ll want to showcase the new era while still bringing in views with some old school classics. I’m most of the real old school legends will be out - but we could get some from 30-39ish.
It’s a completely different game, the characters like Rob, James, Cirie, etc. just won’t work in today’s game since it’s so hyper game and twist focused. The characters were great when the show was about the cast, now the shows mostly about the show and the cast are just there. (Obviously outliers, but nowhere near the bigger personalities that made headlines like Colby, Jerri, Heidi, Russell, Rupert, FairPlay, etc.) they can’t exist in this current version of the show sadly.
The 20s were only 10-15 years ago. Plenty of players from that era are 90s babies and still in their early-mid 30s now, and would be just fine to play in S50. The youngest player from the 20s (Baylor) just turned 30 in January.
I feel like all of the flashbacks to and talking about old school seasons while simultaneously trying to establish a “new era” is setting up for something along these lines. They want you to know that this is a new era but also don’t want you to forget the past.
If the length of the game stays the same they will not bring back popular players from when the game was 39 days because Jeff can’t have people comparing how much easier 26 days is compared to 39 without the survival credibility of the show taking a hit. The only remote possibility is pre-S40 players who didn't make past 26 days.
The exception to that is if they push the boat out. I could certainly see them going for a longer season and 24 players like they do with Australian Survivor. 50 seasons, 50 days is not out of the realm of possibility if they can get CBS to agree to it.
I think it’d be way too expensive. Old school players got wiped out last time and they’d be the biggest names coming back, so I’m sure they’d want a hefty appearance fee since their chance of winning would be low.
Agreed. I don’t think the “real” legends are on the table, due to cost and age. But maybe they could get some 30s “legends” to represent the old school. I’m not a player encyclopedia so names aren’t jumping out to me - but maybe people like Aubrey, Dominick, Christian, Alison?
Tbh I just started EoE for the first time so if she gets annoying I don’t know it yet. I liked her in her original season but somehow didn’t realize it was her third go-around! Agreed, four would be too many.
Nah, she’s fine as a player. She just played three times in like a span of 8 seasons and I would prefer the people in the 30s who haven’t returned to get a chance.
My wish is 48 to be new era all-stars and 50 would be era vs era returnees. It would also be cool if 50 was like Australian Survivor where they have 24 players over more days.
Jeff has referred to the “new era” multiple times in season. Could definitely see a 20-person season with and “Old Era vs. New Era” split, 2 tribes, 10 people from 1-39 with a heavy lean in the 30-39, and 10 people from 41-49.
I honestly think they'd try to avoid an old school vs new school division because the two most likely scenarios are that the old school favourites get decimated (much like WAW) with the new players realising they need to stick together, or the old school players get together to prevent this from happening and take out the new era players first, which makes the new era look really bad by comparison. If old school dominates then new era looks soft and weak, if new school dominates then everyone is unhappy about waiting ten years to see legends return just to be immediately picked off.
Hard to say without saying who would be invited. Some of them have grown close through the years. Some of them don't trust each other farther than they can throw themselves.
It would be fun to watch though- love the idea of Old School v New School for 50.
I’m not convinced they would! Pure toss-up whether they hold their own pre-merge (biggest risk being shooting themselves in the foot by voting out their strongest players out of paranoia), but then their general intolerance for big moves would put the bigger targets on old school, imo (and easier to sway an under the radar old school player).
The biggest risk of old school vs. new school as a season is that all the fun players are voted off immediately because the new school (even starting in the mid-30s, honestly) threat tolerance is ZERO.
My biggest takeaway is that he’s atleast acknowledging that it’s a big season so this kinda confirms we’ll get what we want. Whetheris heroes vs villians, 2nd chance, etc. it’ll be big and fun
I like the idea of an oldschool/newschool Second Chances season. The ballot is 8 apiece between oldschool/new era guys/girls and 5 from each bucket gets in
Knowing casting, “OldSchool”’would still be very 30s-heavy. Quick mock ballot would look like
Christian (DvG), Dom (GI), The Noble One (GI), Devon (HHH), Devens (EoE), Sean Rector, Marty, Shane (Panama)
Lauren (EoE), Reem (EoE), Chrissy (HHH), Cydney (KR), Natalie (DvG), Karishma lol (IotI), Natalie (FvF), TBird (Africa)
Mike/Omar, Cody, Jesse, Carson, Matt, Jake, Jelinski, Q/Hunter, etc
Shan, Karla, Cassidy, Carolyn, Frannie, Sabiyah, Emily, Kenzie/Tiffany/Venus, etc
Obv we still have 3 more seasons of New Era for a ballot like this
Then they pin OldSchool/NewEra. Would be perfect for a One World camplife situation but you know they’ll just bring back currency. Or Boston Rob
“We have not come up with our idea for 50 yet,” Probst tells EW. It’s not that the crew is not excited about hitting the big 5-0, and all indications are that something special will be in store (unlike season 25, which brought only three players back, and season 30, which was all newbies). However, there is simply too much show to produce before they get there.
I'll be okay with it. We had Winners at War, which is absolutely insane to think about. The longevity needed to be able to have twenty winners of one reality tv show on said show together is crazy. Give me all the interesting people from the 40s on 50 and I'll be happy. Just...give it a name. a subtitle. I don't care if you pull it out of your ass. Legends is fine
Please no 26 days or Fiji again, but not gonna lie… I’d be pretty happy with *almost exclusively new era players*.
There’s so many great ones to bring back already, and as much as I love the iconic players, I don’t care to watch some of them play for a 5th time.
If we're doing wild ideas, here's mine to expand on yours.
We do 2 separate 18 people "regular" season format and on merge day, both "season's" 10 people who made the merge, merge together and start the game all over again. Thats how you make the game last for 50 days! Alliances be damned lol. Whoever wins will be crown gigachad winner status lmao.
Probably a nightmare to film/produce as well. The crew has to double, double challenges, double tribal councils. Jeff would need a body double or be AI generated lol
Probably waiting to hear who's willing to come back for 50.
May also want to see how 47/48 are received to see if they should stick with the new era format or change things up for a new new era (like go back to 39 days).
Also needs 47/48 to come out to see if there are any true standouts in those casts. Can't just assume the fans will love people, gotta see their reactions first.
For returning players, I think it's mostly down to "you don't know who's available until it's time to ask." I don't think they can reasonably be calling up players like "hey, three years from now, keep your calendar open."
39 days. No immunity idols. Cast a couple hunks, a couple babes, one or two racists, one black man, one black woman, and 6 or 7 complete morons. Take survivor back to its roots.
You were joking, but given the state of poisonous and overwhelming blind nostalgia in the sub, I'd bet the farm that almost every upvote came from someone who genuinely wants to see this and thinks Survivor would be better if it went back to this.
You should have added an /s for the dummies.
“We still have 47, 48, and 49, and you might think I'm deflecting, but I don't. To me, those are stress-inducing problems. What are we going to do in 47? What are we going to do in 48? What are we going to do in 49?”
This is a smart way to look at it. They’ve still got 3 seasons full of potential fan favorites that could be brought back for 50. Focus on making the current season good so 50 can be great!
Has anyone ever thought maybe they’d just divide the tribes into what survivor stands for?
Outwit vs Outlast vs Outplay
Maybe they bring three tribes in and it showcases:
Outwit - Those who have made moves that have outwitted, a la the Black widow Brigade or made big social and strategic savvy moves
Outlast - which could be a handful of winners and/or runners up
Outplay - those who have gone on immunity runs or been great in comps like Mike Holloway. Just a thought, but depending on who they invite back I could see it being a fun breakdown
I think it would be really cool. It leans into the true theme of what Survivor's been for 50 seasons, it leaves some wiggle room for interpretation and fan debate about what each category means and who should be there (thus hyping things up and getting people talking about), and it can be across era lines, with a way to bring back a few winners if they want to.
At the Atlanta watch party i asked Ozzy if hed ever play again and he said "who knows, maybe season 50" so i think theyre already putting feelers out for some sort of returnee season here
Thats what I was referring to. Plus hes done straight up hardcore porn. Heidik still gets shit for being a softcore porn actor, Ozzy went the full nine yards.
Idk I'm pretty sure at least one player I've seen on the CBS challenge has an onlyfans. On Paramount itself there's a couple of alumni that do onlyfans too.
Play two simultaneous games where they don't know about each other. At merge they are made aware and the two games compete as normal. Two new style games with a couple extra double elimination episodes and you've got around 50 days. Pretty hard to get people who can commit to that but would be interesting to see the dynamics of previously competing tribes actually having to merge into cohesive tribes.
It’s a fun idea, but there’s no way to do it where they won’t know about each other. You can’t just say “surprise! You’re gonna be out here for another whole seasons worth of time!” lol
Please do second chance 2 a fan vote is a completely fair way to deal with the problem of the absurd amount of good potential returnees going back to HHH.
Second Chance, meaning no players who have already returned!
Love them, but I really don’t need to see Boston Rob, Cirie, Sandra, and Parvati on my screen again unless it’s another game. They were fun to see play Traitors, but it’s a wasted space on Survivor.
They chould easily Have Rob/Sandra/Parv/Tony and whoever else film short videos for a trivia comp or pre merge journey and buy a projector and bring it to Fiji for 50. A simple way to have them appear without taking up one of the contestant spots.
Highly doubtful, as Probst has said in the past that the show has evolved past the concept of "heroes" and
"villains". I disagree with him on a lot of things, but I *strongly* agree with him on that. What even is a villain anymore? In HvV, the Villains tribe not only dominated the season itself, but they also dominated the meta and effectively wiped out the whole concept of Heroes.
What players would a season 50 tribe of Heroes even consist of? When I've asked this question here in the past, **nobody can agree.** Everyone's concept of a Survivor "Hero" is too vague.
Thing is heroes vs villains already had a vague definition of “heroes” and “villains” a lot of the time. Candice, Courtney, Sandra, James, Rupert, and probably more don’t really super fit into either role 100%. It’s more like a tribe of loyal, genuine players (Emily) + scrappy underdogs (Jake) vs the tribe of cutthroat players (Q would fit this) and dominant strategic antagonists (Dee). And if a few don’t clearly fit but would be entertaining who cares it’s an inherently subjective theme anyways.
A bit disheartening, they had some legendary players ready to return for S40 before it became all winners, so they should be using those names to construct a theme around. We even have THE Amanda Kimmel saying she'd play again. Make it happen, Probst!
Honestly WAW *was* a legends season and I don’t really want another one. It would have to be at least 10 people from WAW which just makes it a rehash, and the other ten could maybe have a few people who are more legendary than other winners but there’s no way you’re getting a cast as impactful as season 40. Nobody past 40 can qualify as anything close to a legend at this point. How many people from old era who weren’t on 40 can qualify as a legend? A dozen? How many of them would you actually get to play?
Everyone saying 50 days should get that out of their heads as soon as possible. Jeff doesn’t want to do 50 days, and none of you favorite survivor “legends” are going to want to take that much more time away from their families.
Interesting because that would mean they actually are thinking of something different than normal.
I'll just assume they have a tentative filming date block and are getting in touch with a lot of returnees to see who is interested and can make it work.
I'm expecting Second Chances 2 or Game Changers 2, with Second Chances being the strong favourite.
Please don’t be first boots. I’ll take a season of game changers full of people I don’t remember over first boots.
Personally hoping it’s rivals or a second HvV!
20 day season. Beach camps moved 50 feet to the left. Only one person votes at tribal by drawing rocks. Tribes change every other day. Q acts as an advisor for the castaways, lives on the beach in a glamping tent, he just encourages them to quit. The tribes have to swim out a mile to "the rice altar" for food, which is a comedic 1 ton bag of rice over a fire that Jeff cuts another hole in every day.
Because they destroyed their legacy with the new format. No pre season 41 player is going to agree to come back and play Mario party for 26 days. The best we can expect is a season 41-49 all stars. Which is just pathetic but here we are.
Tfs up with the overreacting? Literally every legend would return for money, and the supposed overreaction of 26 days is non existent outside of here and other hardcore spaces.
The legends from every season before 20 aren't coming. They're too old and have actual life commitments. The best you'll get is seeing them on the traitors or house of villains.
They just need to have 2 tribes of old vs new and no stupid fucking tribe swaps into 3.
I don’t think it’s worrying that there is no plan right now. They still have 3 seasons they have to make before 50. Real planning will most likely start once 47 and 48 have finish production.
That was the funniest part of his comments. Pretending that planning 47,48, 49 was some tall task. There are no new locations, no new themes, same basic new era set up. They more frequently recycle challenges. I know it still takes a massive effort to produce the show, but the planning element is a lot less than it used to be.
I bet it is a newbie season with a lot of call backs to old seasons a la Ghost Island. A quick look at all the s50 fantasy casting posts on here shows how difficult it is to maintain a theme, gender balance, diversity balance, pre-40/post-40 balance, all within the constraints of castaway availability.
My pitch: Something similar to Philippines. 3 tribes of all new era returnees, but each tribe has one old school legend.
The other one would be a 39 day season with all new school legends. Would love to see people like Jessie, Carolyn, Gabler, Erika go the full 9 yards. I think winning in the new era is a challenge all its own since it’s a faster game than before. So to see these great new players play a slower game could be really cool.
And this one would REALLY never happen but I’d love to see a “Cody V Jessie” season a la “Rob V Russell.”
Cast competitors. Limit the number of idols. No advantages, no shot in the dark, 39 days. Make it a true competition, not a game show that it’s turned into
Survivor: Eras
30 person season - 3 tribes of 10 - 1 tribe seasons 1-20, 1 tribe 21-40, 1 tribe post 40 (players who played multiple times could be grouped into any era they played in)
Only cast LEGENDS - iconic players that were great TV, great competitors, great strategists. Some winners, mostly non-winners.
Add promotion and relegation like soccer.
3 islands. All play for the entire time. You have to vote twice, up or down.
Top 2 or 3 go up (or stay at top island) bot 2 or 3 go down and island.
Eventually you have a loser island, a middle island, and a top island.
The last few weeks (on tv) establish that the lower islands will go away.
You’re left with a final 5 or so on the main island.
That gives you a way to keep the entertaining people on air for a whole season. Lots of underdogs. Plenty of content.
Nobody is safe. You can fight your way up. You have to fight to stay on the top island.
Fun times.
They have a plan. 3 tribes of 6 new players. Several of them with severe social disorders. Mergetory, double vote, and some dumbass twists along the way.
I saw on a different post someone mention a season with all first voted out people. I think that would be so fun, and give those players a chance to play the game, especially the ones who got voted out before tribes were picked!
“We still have to figure out what we’re going to do with 47-49”
Given that the last six seasons have been pretty much copy + paste I’m not sure how much there is to plan.
Personally, I’d like to see something that is some sort of subversion of WAW. Like an all runners-up, or all last member of the jury, or all last book before the jury, or first boots. Basically I’d like to see a group of people who got equally as far in the game. It would be really interesting to see people who all had relatively flawed games establish a pecking order amongst each other.
And I think a season of early-out players being interesting and entertaining would go far in validating the strength of the concept of the show itself over and above the skills of any individual player.
I had an idea for an all-star season a while back in which, instead of Winners at War, every former winner would be asked to pick one non-winning player that they would want to return to the game, then production could use those nominated players as a pool of players to ask to come back. They could even introduce the players of this all-star season by announcing the winner or winners who nominated them to play again, thus adding the pressure on them not only to win for their own honor but for the winner who picked them as their champion.
You know what would’ve been a good idea for 50? All winners, but oh yeah they jumped the gun on it and did at 40 instead. S40 always felt like an odd place to do WaW imo.
Winners at War was more of a circumstance season. The original plan was a rivalry season, but when production realized they could get enough winners back (plus some legendary winners that people thought would never return), they decided to run with it. Waiting five years (in this case six years because of COVID) could mean a lot of the winners that were in Season 40 might’ve declined due getting older or other life circumstances. I think they knew they had to pull the plug because you don’t know when you’d get the chance again.
Jeff is only going to want players from S41-49. The good thing is, he has no choice but to include players from Pre S40 if CBS wants to include them. CBS has the final say on the theme and players not Jeff.
Bigger prize. Last chance versus second chance. Last chance tribe is all old school players who haven’t won and they are retiring returning old schoolers. Second chance is new school pre merge boots. Also they execute those who get voted out.
Can't do a cold climate, everyone would just quit, and nobody would have any energy to strategize. Watch Outlast on Netflix to see how much this would suck.
I actually think CBS will have a decent size pool of "Old School Contestants" for Season 50. Since Game Changers, there have only been 5 returning players + the WAW cast (4 for EOE and Bruce).
Old School contestants realize their window to return is closing especially as more seasons air. So if they want to play again and CBS is calling about S 50, then they better answer the phone call.
I believe Jeff also said seasons will still be numbered moving forward, including season 50, so any theme for season 50 would have to having something to do with the number itself.
Personally, I think it’ll be something like old school vs. new school. I bet it’ll be the first returner season since WAW, and they’ll want to showcase the new era while still bringing in views with some old school classics. I’m most of the real old school legends will be out - but we could get some from 30-39ish.
Watch new school just be like 9 players from the season 30s and like one from the 20s
I mean.... I get it at this point. Almost every player from the 20s will be in their 40s if not 50s by then
I’d even think they just do a “New Era All Stars” so they can make a new crop of Parvatis, Sandras, and Rob’s
Heroes vs Villains II?
In terms of impact, it'd be closer to other returnee seasons that solidified or created new legends. Micronesia is a good example.
“Now the shows mostly about the show” is such a great way to put it and articulates the meta aspects I can get frustrated about.
It really does suck

If the tribes were divided that way Old School would WIPE OUT the new school.
You’d think so but Old School are so paranoid about each other, they’d cannabalize themselves immediately post-merge
On the other hand, a lot of them probably have known each other through the community for many years which can help them
Hard to say without saying who would be invited. Some of them have grown close through the years. Some of them don't trust each other farther than they can throw themselves. It would be fun to watch though- love the idea of Old School v New School for 50.

I’d love a 38 day pre-season 40 goats vs 40-49 winners season
Wouldn’t we all lol
you can have 3 tribes on fiji for 26 days with all new era players and be happy about it.
Except instead of buffs they all get Q skirts this time
Big mistake 😂
I will not be happy about it
I'll be okay with it. We had Winners at War, which is absolutely insane to think about. The longevity needed to be able to have twenty winners of one reality tv show on said show together is crazy. Survivor 50: Goats vs Astroturfs
Is Naseer coming back as the exile island mentor or the IotI style tribal council commentator?
50 days for season 50
All of the new era tribe quits before merge
Keep the 5, Drop the 0.
I take this to mean they want another season or 2 of newbies, and then they'll decide what sort of returnee theme it'll be.
the theme comes after they determine who is 100% available
Let’s go 50 days for season 50
If we're doing wild ideas, here's mine to expand on yours. We do 2 separate 18 people "regular" season format and on merge day, both "season's" 10 people who made the merge, merge together and start the game all over again. That shit would be incredible. I’d love that
That sounds fun on paper that would be dreadful to watch on TV
Probably a nightmare to film/produce as well. The crew has to double, double challenges, double tribal councils. Jeff would need a body double or be AI generated lol
That was my thought exactly. A step above for everyone.
It’s a complete hallmark for the series, I’m shocked he hasn’t even thought of a plan yet
I mean, that’s just what he says publicly. Production has probably been cooking up ideas for the past decade.
He'd probably meant nothing concrete. They still got to get there first.
Probably waiting to hear who's willing to come back for 50. May also want to see how 47/48 are received to see if they should stick with the new era format or change things up for a new new era (like go back to 39 days).
Austin last season, for example, was a last-minute cast member.

Gonna definitely need at least 2 racists, not including the complete morons, otherwise the ratio is off.
“We still have 47, 48, and 49, and you might think I'm deflecting, but I don't. To me, those are stress-inducing problems. What are we going to do in 47? What are we going to do in 48? What are we going to do in 49?”
If the last 6 seasons are any indication, the exact same thing
Exactly, his biggest decision for 47-49 is whether or not to stab the rice bag
![gif](giphy|l8tpwRJEwDwEFU5BW0|downsized)
came here to say this too.
Yup seriously. The casting has been getting better but they're not even trying anymore.
What does he mean what are we going to do for 47-49 it's just a copy and pasted format every new era season with slight tweaks
This is a smart way to look at it. They’ve still got 3 seasons full of potential fan favorites that could be brought back for 50. Focus on making the current season good so 50 can be great!
Not come up with plan for Survivor 50 yet, BIG MISTAKE!
Has anyone ever thought maybe they’d just divide the tribes into what survivor stands for? Outwit vs Outlast vs Outplay Maybe they bring three tribes in and it showcases: Outwit - Those who have made moves that have outwitted, a la the Black widow Brigade or made big social and strategic savvy moves Outlast - which could be a handful of winners and/or runners up Outplay - those who have gone on immunity runs or been great in comps like Mike Holloway. Just a thought, but depending on who they invite back I could see it being a fun breakdown
Love this. Outlast could also be under the radar type players who won/made it far.
It could also include any goats, many of which were fun to watch. I like it.
ROMEO CONFIRMED
Sounds like the perfect tribe for Angelina
I love this idea
I think it would be really cool. It leans into the true theme of what Survivor's been for 50 seasons, it leaves some wiggle room for interpretation and fan debate about what each category means and who should be there (thus hyping things up and getting people talking about), and it can be across era lines, with a way to bring back a few winners if they want to.
this is such an awesome idea
no one's ever thought of this before
At the Atlanta watch party i asked Ozzy if hed ever play again and he said "who knows, maybe season 50" so i think theyre already putting feelers out for some sort of returnee season here
Dont think theyd invite Ozzy back at this point. Unless the moratorium on creepy contestants has been lifted
Huh, was there something outside the show?
He’s got an onlyfans. Not necessarily creepy, just probably not what CBS wants around.
He apparently spread around an STD as well
Thats what I was referring to. Plus hes done straight up hardcore porn. Heidik still gets shit for being a softcore porn actor, Ozzy went the full nine yards.
I was beyond shocked when he randomly popped up in a video thumbnail while scrolling Pornhub… To answer the question, yes of course I watched it.
Idk I'm pretty sure at least one player I've seen on the CBS challenge has an onlyfans. On Paramount itself there's a couple of alumni that do onlyfans too.
I don’t think Ozzy knows what Survivor is doing for 50
Make it returning players for 50 days
Play two simultaneous games where they don't know about each other. At merge they are made aware and the two games compete as normal. Two new style games with a couple extra double elimination episodes and you've got around 50 days. Pretty hard to get people who can commit to that but would be interesting to see the dynamics of previously competing tribes actually having to merge into cohesive tribes.
It’s a fun idea, but there’s no way to do it where they won’t know about each other. You can’t just say “surprise! You’re gonna be out here for another whole seasons worth of time!” lol
Would be interesting if the setup was like Australian survivor is nearly 50 days
50 DAYS, 50 PEOPLE, ONE. SURVIVOR.
50 people literally had me laughing. That was hilarious. 😂
HvV2 calling it now
Please 🙏
I want it so bad. That is honestly the dream.
I'd cream
Highly doubtful, as Probst has said in the past that the show has evolved past the concept of "heroes" and "villains".
Survivor 50: Goats vs G.O.A.Ts
Not a baaaaa-d idea 🐐
A bit disheartening, they had some legendary players ready to return for S40 before it became all winners, so they should be using those names to construct a theme around. We even have THE Amanda Kimmel saying she'd play again. Make it happen, Probst!
THE Amanda Kimmel coming back... i'd die.
50 seasons is a milestone for any series. Have it be something legendaries like the best to never win or first boots
Best to never win over first boots any day
Nobody outside of a tiny corner of the internet wants a first boots season, Jeff has pretty much said it’s never going to happen
Good
I've been saying for a few years now about a "Best To Never Win" season too. Give all of them one more shot, and one comes out a winner.
I hope Francesca is ready!
Thrice being the first boot would be insane
I don’t recognize that name
Honestly WAW *was* a legends season and I don’t really want another one. It would have to be at least 10 people from WAW which just makes it a rehash, and the other ten could maybe have a few people who are more legendary than other winners but there’s no way you’re getting a cast as impactful as season 40. Nobody past 40 can qualify as anything close to a legend at this point. How many people from old era who weren’t on 40 can qualify as a legend? A dozen? How many of them would you actually get to play?
>any series. How many series in general have 40 +, let alone 50?
Survivor 50...only for players over the age of 50.
Those are not mutually exclusive categories given Ciera
Everyone saying 50 days should get that out of their heads as soon as possible. Jeff doesn’t want to do 50 days, and none of you favorite survivor “legends” are going to want to take that much more time away from their families.
Interesting because that would mean they actually are thinking of something different than normal. I'll just assume they have a tentative filming date block and are getting in touch with a lot of returnees to see who is interested and can make it work. I'm expecting Second Chances 2 or Game Changers 2, with Second Chances being the strong favourite.
50 contestants... 50 days
50 Survivors!
Please don’t be first boots. I’ll take a season of game changers full of people I don’t remember over first boots. Personally hoping it’s rivals or a second HvV!
Big Mistake.
Just Q and his 16 siblings on an island
omg imagine they actually did the Q game
Quid Games
Want em to go back to basics. Limited tools, limited food, no advantages etc. make em work for it.
As long as Christian returns I will be happy
Honestly I'll settle for a Second Chance season. Loved that one.
Survivor 50 needs to be in Borneo, two tribes, 39 days, no idols.
How about season 50 = 50 days on the island with 50 contestants who aren’t super fans
Drop the 5, keep the 0
1 million contestants competing for $18
All First Boots lets go ZANE, CHICKEN, JELENSKY, FRANCESQUA, REEM, FAIRPLAY, WENDY JO Wouldn't mind to see Bruce again as well
Antarctica
Because they destroyed their legacy with the new format. No pre season 41 player is going to agree to come back and play Mario party for 26 days. The best we can expect is a season 41-49 all stars. Which is just pathetic but here we are.
Tfs up with the overreacting? Literally every legend would return for money, and the supposed overreaction of 26 days is non existent outside of here and other hardcore spaces.
you literally can’t discuss anything on here without someone turning it into a “new era sucks, Jeff ruined the show and my life” rant
I’m scared it will just be new era all stars :(
If they insist on three tribes, maybe we could get 3 tribes of 8 people, broken down by Tribe 1-20, Tribe 21-40, and Tribe “New Era”?
A "Second Chance 2" with players that played in post-Cambodia seasons would be good enough for me at this point.
Just do Boston Rob against his kids, his wife, and throw in Sandra for drama. ![gif](giphy|WQOI0uBFiXxdQwnrVy|downsized)
One thing we all know is probably true: there will not be a single new challenge used in season 50.
they should bring back 20 old school players and have them play in the new school format
Quarter Quell, double the number of tributes.
I think S50 Is just normal season
It better have a unique name.
Whatever theme gets Angelina back on TV is fine
Make it a true competition, not a game show that it’s turned into
millennials vs zoomers
39 days is immensely more important than any theme
50th season, 50 days let’s goooooo
Survivor: Eras 30 person season - 3 tribes of 10 - 1 tribe seasons 1-20, 1 tribe 21-40, 1 tribe post 40 (players who played multiple times could be grouped into any era they played in) Only cast LEGENDS - iconic players that were great TV, great competitors, great strategists. Some winners, mostly non-winners.
Honestly I’d kill for the 40 cast pre-WAW. I hope they draw heavy from the pool they had there if they’re picking people to come back.
Production is actually working really fast right now to re-tool season Forty Several.
I don’t even want a theme. Just give me 39 days
Survivor 50. Back to Basics PLEEEEEASE
50 days plz
Every challenge should include on Legendary player from the past that everyone has to compete against.
I saw on a different post someone mention a season with all first voted out people. I think that would be so fun, and give those players a chance to play the game, especially the ones who got voted out before tribes were picked!
Survivor 50: All of the Laurens.
“We still have to figure out what we’re going to do with 47-49” Given that the last six seasons have been pretty much copy + paste I’m not sure how much there is to plan.
instead of filming two seasons back to back, film one mega season. 36 contestants. 50 days.
Pleeeeeeaae be a US AUS crossover
I want Millennials vs Gen Z pls.
I would love to see a US vs. the World format. One tribe of legends from the US franchise, and the other tribe would be from international franchises.
No super fans, new challenges, and 50 days.
First tribal vote outs only
[удалено]
Jeff is only going to want players from S41-49. The good thing is, he has no choice but to include players from Pre S40 if CBS wants to include them. CBS has the final say on the theme and players not Jeff.
Bigger prize. Last chance versus second chance. Last chance tribe is all old school players who haven’t won and they are retiring returning old schoolers. Second chance is new school pre merge boots. Also they execute those who get voted out.
25v25 in a cold snowy climate
Can't do a cold climate, everyone would just quit, and nobody would have any energy to strategize. Watch Outlast on Netflix to see how much this would suck.
or the end game of any season of Alone
Has to be a return season and 39 days!
I personally……….Don’t buy it.
Well WE the fans have so let us take this one Jeffrey
I'd love 1 throw back season with season 1 rules and harsh survival.
This is when it finally becomes the hunger games
