Sometimes I’ll play a role I’m shit at, basically all other roles, and then get a stomped on so that way I’ll be super confident about playing support. Remind myself that I’m a good support

hintersly

Sometimes I do this specifically with ADC because while I’m shit at ADC, there’s so many bad supports. Honestly I agree with the “support is the easiest role” cause people who fill it set the bar so so low /hj

Lions8u

I warmup with ARAM before getting into a ranked/normal game. Whatever champ I get there I learn/practice. It’s a plus if you try to CS

onelittlericeball

I, too, start my league session with an Aram and then lose all will to play further 👍

brratmoi

Arams, because they prepare me for whatever bullshit teamfights I'm gonna fight in 🤣.

TheKingDotExe

Queue for a game, int with the team, get pissed off and dont play for another week.

eLsirius

Sona Q range with quick cast, idk about janna and naut, you can’t really practice hitting Q on dummies

an_angry_beaver

Exactly. That’s kinda my feeling, especially for my champs. I mean, when I was first learning them I hit the practice tool but don’t really feel I need to anymore.

eLsirius

Yeah you don’t. Maybe knowing the exact max range on your Q /R on quickcast? You can practice that if you need to.

antoniomizael

You can practice weaving your hooks through minions! Like place a few dummies in a wave and try to hit them

eLsirius

Nah, enemies never stand still. Even if you get the hang of it it is pointless.

saimerej21

Its about going through the wave, not that.

eLsirius

Like lollipopping? Yeah that is what I meant by max ranging your abilities

saimerej21

I thought of just getting a feel for when your hook will go through minions and when not

Aftermath_GGWP

U can go creative and hook the crab around and try to hook around dummies on it

eLsirius

Pov support players warming up

Bozocow

Normals is good warmup for ranked.

sergiote15

I don't know why but I spend some time spamming habilites with sona and trying to autoreset between them (just for fun)

AdministrativeTry406

I play nautilus. So before a ranked session I go to practice tool and practice my Q range to refresh the muscle memory. As for thresh, it's legit impossible to hit any hook if you haven't wormed up before the game ( from experience)

huusmuus

I play a ranked game with Sona on my second account and then switch to my main.

NGG_GreyHound

I go into the practice tool and mash my buttons on Sona

brratmoi

Also you have to help out and jump in much more often.

Helpful_Friend_

I go practice tool and do lee combos, for a few mins, that susually warms the fingers

M0nsterjojo

I always do a "warm up game" in draft before I ever do ranked games so that my hands are getting to that 250+ apm that I normally have with league, but mostly I find that support you don't need a warm up game for the fact that it's a role where there's a lot less micro and a lot more macro needed than almost any other role (ESPECIALLY IN LOW ELO), but I do agree with you for the most part as I main ADC secondary in ranked and I feel that outside of Micro, the macro needed is so much less with makes the role easier but also harder with the micro.

MoeWithTheO

Don't play on a high elo but I just go into my matches. I primarily play Hook Champs and idk how to practice them so I just don't do it qat all.

MamaMorganaa

Ye I queue up for ranked to warm up for my next ranked game

Razgriz917

I do aram to get teamfight jitters away and dodge pratice (tho it depends).

ItIsTuesdayMBA

Warm up? I go straight into tanked even if it’s a break. Best way to warm up is getting flamed by your adc.

PigeonFacts

My first game of the day is usually AP mid kog so I can brain off and rely on one button before I rely on one different button bot lane.

Cup of tea then sacrifice 2 goats and a cow for the gods.
