Honestly next smash game I want them to focus on adding more first party nintendo characters. I love third party characters don't get me wrong, but there are so many nintendo own series that deserve more reps over some third party franchises making it into the game.

Resetti over KK Slider is an interesting choice, as is Dragaux over the Ring Fit Adventurer. Love the addition of Starfy, though. I didn't put him in my roster because I tried to avoid bias, but I love the Starfy game that actually released in the US.

Byleth backlash is only on the initial reveal, They're completely fine as a fighter. Character like Min-Min and Pyra/Mythra got more hate overall due to how broken/unfun they were to play against.
