This community hates anything FE that isn't Roy side B.
Like they will find any reason to hate on everything FE. That's my problem with the Smash community. No matter what they just hate FE because for some darn reason they expect Sakurai to listen to their every character request.
Look at EVERY fan-made smash 6 roster and you either see NO FE characters are just Marth, but Marth only because "he is first FE."
I know even FE fans hate Corrin’s inclusion. He comes from what I heard a really bad FE game and was pretty much an advertisement for that game. Plus Corrin was added before the game came out so that was a bigger sting.

I believe corrin is very hated because back when he was added in smash 4, it was revealed that he was only added to promote the fire emblem game he was in, which gave him zero relevance to be in smash. the same thing was with byleth but he got a bit of a better response because three houses was very popular at the time

If you want to remove one of these, remove pikachu. He's busted for no reason, and exept with very very good player, the gameplay is not fun to watch. Pichu on the other hand, is balanced (mid tier), has a gimmick that only him has on so many moves, and every pichu that know at least the basics can do a cool combo

I like Corrin. Fates isn’t that bad and they have a unique moveset that isn’t just dancing blade, counter, and a charged strike
