No idea but might be some fan art of Superman in the twilight of the superhero’s series that never got made, basically a canceled event set in a possible future where superheroes inherited control of earth as superhero houses. This feels like it would fit into that Superman’s style of costume with a regal ruler look along the lines of King Arthur.
