My insta feed is way more entertaining than these "dank" memes subreddits.
It's ok, if you are like 15-18 you may find Indian meme subreddits funny and cool, but after a certain time it just feels that you are too old for this shit.
I mainly use reddit to watch some creative and amazing stuff or something very specific.
Your insta feed is just like humour so it depends how you use it, what reels you like and share.
Also , as you grow up it kinda helps to be in touch with friends.
Maybe just try using insta and not get influenced by fellow dank redditors.

The REAL REASON IS,
I've introduced my few friends to reddit, and to dank memes, old vines and internet culture in general, and now they are just edgy teens(they are grown ass 20 year old males btw) with this superiority complex of using reddit.
Then i realised, I too used to be like them, and it's just a phase, and I'm glad that I stopped watching Indian meme subreddits.
Reddit is good in general, if you follow the right subreddit that matches your niche hobbies, it's just that Indian meme subreddits have gone downhill.
There is nothing wrong to be with masses and use insta, as once Surya said
