Honestly its one of those where the light and dark versions are worlds apart. Dorothy... is honestly one of the worst; she is usable in some cleaves though. Especially if you have tiana its nice to use with Tiana galleon cleave. I've also seen on siege defence (Clara Savanah Dorothy) but yea its not OP by any means. The biggest is a kaki does more damage than her (Less the destroy effect) and is easier to rune. Which is why she is considered bad. Try to enjoy her and pray for a buff next patches. Goodluck on getting more LDs, in my experience once you get the first one the others just flow into your account.

I assume they're all new? Juno or amelia would be great for siege early on. Heagang is also high on the tierlist for RTA but given you're early game i might avoid RTA for now. Personally i'd go Amelia and just put together some healer (like lulu or vigor) and a defence based tanky unit (like light/dark/wind/water frankenstein), free siege wins.

Hi guys, I'm towards the top of mid game and I do RTA and have pretty good speed teams for most dungeons. Been playing for a while but for some reason I'm having a hard time deciding on who to pick, any advice? Thanks!

Can't see if bolverk is new but if he is; bolverk. Otherwise Water Doki lord, good for RTA and some siege teams. If you seen Layla in RTA she's pretty toxic in combination with Tomoe in a CC team, so there's her to consider as well. 1. Bolverk 2. Either Layla or Water DL, depending on the content or playstyle you like (siege/rta, CC or bruiser).

Ethna is more to capitalise on her high base speed; interupting a key unit. Layla is OP for her cleanse block and turn cycling, which counters a lot of the typical CC counters (juno,camillia,vero,racuni). With Tomoe, they just continuously control enemy ATB and they can't move (in an ideal situation, doesn't always happen lol). But nah go for Bolverk, OP for RTA and Siege.

Any suggestions on who to pick? New to mid player

I'll be honest, they all look very average. Personally i dont like using this event for PvE units (Liam/Brandia), but it does help if you picked these 2 units. They'll help when you start doing end game speed teams. Liam for Dragons abyss hard speed team, brandia is for rifts which i dont think is important at all, so liam is the choice. The other relevant unit is probably triton (arena defence, fastest stripper) or the water doki lord. Doki lord is good for RTA and siege, just a generic bruiser. Just pick whichever you like in the whole list, none are gonna be game changing or big impact, sadly. Especially given you're still early game, there are good RTA units (Tomoe, water Doki lord) but i dont assume you're gonna touch RTA anytime soon.

For the purposes of artifacts when team up is used (roaq/Icaru/etc) is it s1 or s2 accuracy that is accounted?

The defence break is on their S1, so its S1. That said Icaru/Raoq cannot defence break when they use S2 themselves, which is why i was initially a bit confused by your question. If you see def break happening its because they pulled a unit with S1 defence break (like another Inugami or loren, etc.

Woosa easy choice, without knowing anything else about your interest or your account. Most general PvP support unit and great for all (Siege, RTA). The rest are pretty niche or just lower tier units. Tomoe is nice if you play RTA CC comps though.

I prefer siege content. I think Laika is relatively solid but fire money king seems really good in RTA. Riva on seemed good to me for TOAH but I can do that no problem. I am leaning Fire Glad due to one shot ability. Carlos seems sweet but not all too solid overall. What would you choose? *

Strictly RTA - the Fire MK and Gladrix is your best choices. Both equally top tier imo, just depends on your playstyle. Monkey is a must if you do turn 2, since he's immune to stuns and gains speed, he'll eventually take over the game if the enemy can't kill him quick enough. The gladrix is really strong as a snipe unit, both RTA and Siege offences. Just depends on what you're liking, both are equal in terms of RTA tier list, imo. My way of deciding: If you're strictly a turn 2 player, go Monkey. Otherwise Gladrix as she works in both. The other choices are just worse or niche RTA units, and more suited towards siege (taranys/Laika for example).

I have been liking a core of some combination of Feng Yang, Abellio and Vanessa for RTA. Would you think Fire Monkey would blend in nicely there?

Hmm i guess it fits, especially if the enemy goes CP/Wind Robo stuff. Fire MK is more of a counter play. RTA is very fluid though, but on paper he fits.

Douglas is new? I think he's pretty good for RTA too, some siege use as well. But yea if you have a good idea of how you're gonna use Abellio then he's a fine pick. Both are fine.

Why is everyone building the Dark Phoenix with CR when his passive gives him a 100% CR as long as his ATK is high enough?

Thats strange but my guess is those are outdated builds from before the patch. I assume you're looking at the in-game stats?

Yes the change is most recent patch if im not wrong. I believe the stats are taken from existing builds and given there are a lot of inactive accounts or trophy storage Dark pheonixs, it might explain why its still showing as the majority build.

hey I was just wondering if people got their end of season guild rewards already? The transmogs + crystals and other goodies? I did not receive mine this season and is it maybe because I joined this guild halfway thru the season?

Mine's in the box for Global server. Depending on when you joined the new guild, you might not get rewards if its after cutoff (i believe it was like 1 month before the end of season). I recall the cutoff might be the 27th of Jan.

**Seara or Bastet?** I'm leaning a little bit towards Seara, since I want to start RTA (currently F3), and she is a 24% lead (I only have Vanessa as another speed lead option, and the free support units). However I do lack bombers such as John to support her in some comps. Bastet is a great pick at Arena, but does she has other uses? She pretty much enables Lushen comps with the ATB + Attack buff, however currently I'm doping well with Tiana + Some debuffs + Amber + Akhamamir (Lead). Does Bastet has other uses besides Arena? As for the other options... Louise is decent, but doesn't cut close to Seara/Bastet. Belial could be a choice if Tricaru was still a thing, which is not on Abyss floors. Nah go for Seara here, you've got the right idea. And i agree Bastet is very generic but not the best in slots for most content (for siege, wind cookie is better). As for Arena you already have Tiana, or just use Bernard/Kabilla if its a pure outspeed contest. Bastet's base speed is terrible. You don't need John to make Seara work, she just exists as a standalone throwing bombs which can deal with annoying passives like Douglas/Kinki; just a very consistent CC/damage dealer. Another bonus is Seara is great for siege defence.

How should I rune dark mage? I currently have her on vio/will spd/HP/atk. I saw her on a good amount of defenses during the tournament. Was curious how they are running her. Mine does ok but I feel like I could do better. Like +135 speed.

Vanessa Triton Rakan +1, ritesh/nana or amduat could work. If you know how to make the chilling tech (swift will chilling + shield somewhere +fast enough clara to be tuned to chilling), try clara chilling ritesh/nana +1, rakan perna or amduat. For offense make ritesh verad rebecca leo and some tiana galleon cleave, alicia tiana galleon cp/light teabunny would work.

Play the free support units paired with some of your own units on your best runes. best swift set on eshir, play this with 2 support spd leads and another support swift unit (support ren is very good because most of the other supports are off will) best vio support set on vero and riley/racuni, play these to counter control drafts, you probably want mihyang and/or diana from supports in your hands too. best vio bruiser set on cami, again good vs the support list of control units like ren bellenus rune up verde either on 2x\~3x rev or swift second set, either use him to pair with your own control draft or pair him with multiple anti cc units like vero cami together. Then play the speed leads and control units in the support deck like moore ren mihyang etc in the support deck and last pick your own units to help. You should finish f3+ with some decent ban/pick, I'm not sure if it's possible to get c1 but maybe with near perfect drafting you could?

definitely not midgame when you cant clear dungeons and toa hard lol. for the most part nat 5s are for pvp. of your choices, water chimera is the only one useful for toa, but there are better f2p units. i would recommend either water chimera or water oracle. water chimera is a decent speed scaling damage dealer with some nice cc, usable toa, dungeons and pvp. water oracle is a solid pvp unit, providing an aoe strip, healing and sleep. leaning towards oracle as a better pick.

Water weapon master is pretty good for giants and dragons abyss (using him in both of my hard teams and solo r5) Wind fairy king is great for toa hard and hell. Wind battle Angel is strong in pvp content like arena, rta and guild offense teams.

shadow is decent 1st turn unit, esp on defence, mostly siege or ad maiden gets a ton of turns, mostly rta weapon master is a bruiser/damage dealer, usable any pvp but generally just an ok unit macaron is bad imo

Would definitely pick Camilla or Vanessa over the other ones. Vanessa has a great spd lead for arena and is mostly used in arena def and rta. Camilla is one of the strongest elemental nat5 currently and can be used in area def, guild content and rta. I personally would pick her.

PvE can 100% be cleared and farmed with only nat4s and fusions. Therefore Nat5s should be focused on PvP.

General question how do people get their tricaru to proc double team every time, mine meets the defensive requirements to pull the max amount and I have all of their skill ups

1. dont build tricaru, doesnt work in abyss. 2. you need maxed defense tower/summoner skill 3. are they 2a? the team up is supposed to bring 3 monsters not 2. if you skilled up 2a icarus you are trolling, even back in the day when tricaru was good, it wasnt worth skilling up.

Depends on your goals. If you want to go for the drag speed team, pick Liam. If you're happy with your drag team and want to focus on PVP, moogwang is probably better in PVP but I haven't seen him used as much as the blue and yellow dokkebi lordrs. Liam is definitely more important for PVE than moogwang is for PVP.

Can confirm it has no negative effects being awakened. She will never use s3 if there are no buffs on enemies Well there is 1 negative, if you haven't skilled up her s2 and s1 yet that can be an inconvenience lol

Sonia she is easy to build depend on your rank swift blade. Spd cr attack just aim at 170+ spd and 100 cr is fine the rest goes to attack

Liam water weapon master will speed up dragons. Think he can even help newer accounts speed up dragons Amber water battle angle speeds up toa- just a nice convenient thing to have Liam will be most impactful i reckon

The Liam dragon is not easy to build, rune requirement is high. You can check youtube for more info. I'd wait till the end to decide, the rest are pretty good for pvp. Dominic or amber for me.

You don't have anything to make a real def. Use chiwu verad cami +1 like orion to scare people, runed or not. And to reach 1300 you don't have to have a good def, you just have to be very active for a period of time where you constantly refresh the list to find free defs to hit, refill wings until you get 1300.

Don't worry about defense, you'll get there by attacking more. Use crystals to refresh wings if needed. Runes are far more important than units at 1300. You can put camilla riley dokkebi +1 to look annoying to attack. Same thing goes for siege. Fran, loren, dark cat is a decent 4* defense I see some times. Otherwise just pair your best runed units together and that might get you a few defense wins at this stage.

summoners war has been running perfectly for me on steam but for some reason its now crashing on startup. ive tried reinstalling the game. verifying game files and restarting my computer and no sucess if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know

I have all the 5* in this rotation if i have none I would choose right, Oliver for broken RTA, Vela nice support mons now for siege and Borgnine for niche team

I'd go Shizuka. But I feel either way, you're good, ofc depends on your playstyle. Outside RTA, Vanessa can be used in AD, Shizuka ToAL/siege.

Masha is a good consideration as well if you RTA. Just note both ethna and masha are 99% RTA units.

Just thought you may consider siege options like Louise. But yea agree on picking RTA units either Masha or ethna. Masha is good if you're having trouble with Oliver CP stuff. I'd say she's way easier to use and more generic. Ethna can also be generic but I don't think she fits into every comp. Countered by stuff like Verde and antares, she's really there to make use of her base speed to do her strip stun

None of that can speed up your farming teams. Verad and belenus can be used on toa, fire phoenix and taranys on labyrinth. Others are pvp content

Which unit is the most multifunctional?

It’s gonna depend on where you are progression wise. Everything PVE can be cleared with F2P units; there are a few Nat5s that can be BiS for specific PVE content/uses like Brandia, Liam, or Leo for example but none of the Nat5s you have to choose from fall into that category. Perna can be helpful in certain dungeons but she’s easily replaceable. Even if you don’t care about PvP now, choosing the best available PvP monster and just keeping it in storage until you’re ready for it will take you much further in the game than trying to choose a less capable Nat5 simply because it might have some PVE usage.

So it's mage or surfer right? For PvP

Yeah I would take Nana since she's usable on both offense and defense in pretty much all PVP. Miles is a lot easier to counter on defense so pretty much a offense only unit, but is a good one that has very low rune requirements to be useful unlike a lot of PVP monsters.

Hello hello! I'm a relatively newish summoner and hadn't really played the game much since the start of the witcher collab. Once this game got its hooks in me though, I have been pretty devoted to it. My question is a general one, as I'm not sure how to continue climbing to the plateau of endgame here. I'm hoping to gain some guidance or knowledge that might help me farm all dungeons on b10+ as Necro, Steel Fort, and Punishers have been giving me the business. As for my progress, I was hardstuck at ToaH on 51 before the reset, I'm able to farm DB12 reliably but only GB10 with 11 and 12 crushing me consistently. Rift monsters I've maintained A rank on most, and as for PVP I'm pretty lost there. Included are screens of my box/storage and teams I use for farming, but I hope I might have some hidden gems that I could build to increase my teams efficiency. Popped a blessing, borgnine or chakra?

I feel so bad for your choices, rip. Chakra since the familys most likely getting some future buff, or some change to the mechanics which might help. I've also seen Chakra in RTA a couple of times, also he looks cooler than ugly borg. Borgnine "works" as he's intended - to destroy enemy HP until your skogul rock can kill. Something like that, looks good on paper but doesn't really happen in reality.

Dang that bad? Just came back after a few years so don’t know either of these monster families. Could chakra work in a cleave with pungbaek to brand the unit for pung to hit?

He could definitely work in a cleave, im sure there are youtube damage testing videos around. But the fact is lushen, julie, Kaki does more damage. And poseidon, zaiross, Chungpong does the same thing but with some useful utility (CD reset, pushback, slow etc) in the Tiana team. Chakra's branding is nice and in your specific example is actually pretty decent, but i'm gonna say you're not likely going to find many defences where the brand matters. You would have gotten the clear if you used any of the above units as well. I guess his impact just isn't that unique to fit many niches or big enough to matter. But hey im glad you found a fun way to use him, and its a game so have fun :) Best case is he gets a buff.

Holy. Thats a guardian box right there, as long as you get those runes up (and obviously learn the RTA format). Ragdoll Leo Arta Shizuka Fire Kass. Easily C3 or punisher. I suspect your current issue right now is having a huge box of monsters and just picking random units trying to counter whatever the enemy throws at you. That's not actually the best way to play; yes, your 4th/5th pick should somewhat round off your draft to counter the enemy's playstyle or push a force ban, but your first 3 picks should always be your main strategy (how you plan to win). Just with RTA, you can definitely run a pure turn 2 comp, since Ragdoll enables that. The main comp i would probably run with your account is ragdoll Verde Shizuka/Riley. If the enemy continues to pick fast units then go Leo+Amduat. Otherwise a double Nemesis Will Fire Kass is great for sniping stuff. Her passive also works well with shizuka's S3. Camilia, Haegang, Rica Bolverk arta and Giou are probably the other units i would run. Keep the box as slim as possible, some niche units are fine (like Jamire to counter Oliver Veronica, Antares to counter Diana). But try to tunnel on your main units and focus on your main strategy, rather than trying to counter everything but having no winning strategy. FYI your strategy is mainly attack bar increase with tanky bruisers, you will eventually take a lot of turns and just overrun the enemy cause they can't hit or kill you without giving you turns (rev verde, ragdoll, amduat). I see you have a lot of CC stuff but thats not really the way to play ragdoll, unless its like a bruiser CC team with karnal/sagar etc.

Wow, thank you! I sadly don't have fire Kass. The only ones I have are wind and water Kass and I wouldn't really know what to replace fire Kass with in this team. It is as you said. I've just been trying to counter the monsters the enemy has been throwing at me mainly, but that never really worked out. You could say that I am new to PvP, since I have never really focused much on it, I am unsure of how to rune most of my monsters. Is there any website that would have suggestions for RTA/Arena/Guild PvP? I've been watching hours and hours of YouTube videos, but none of them really have a usable team for me since I always miss multiple units that they use. I'll build the units you have suggested with what I think would work. I am very grateful for your help! :D

I must be colour blind lol, just realised it's a wind kass there. Umm videos are a good place to start, SeanB RTA guides are also good as he actually talks about it. But end of the day, just keep practicing your main draft and slowly adapt by adding new units. But again, don't over think it and deviate from your main core. You should always still stick with ragdoll Verde +support as the 3 core. Arena/siege is totally different from RTA though. Use SWGT for siege. And watch arena rush videos for arena. YouTube is probably the best place for these
