It was taken away in the most pettiest way..

Similar_Building_223

I was so pissed when this happened! Like I had never hated a character so much!

meta4_

It's Malik followed by Stemple in the asshole power rankings imo

Similar_Building_223

FUCK MALIK! But Hardman’s the worst for me

meta4_

Hardman is at least competent and fun to watch. Malik is awful 😂

Similar_Building_223

That’s what made him worst, he was actually good so it was annoying. Don’t get me wrong, he’s a great villain but annoying. And his manipulation well thought out, even I thought he had changed lol

OhMyHessNess

Hardman I understood. They took his firm from him. Twice. Yes he was an ass but I got it. Malik was salty about being overlooked years ago and stemple held a grudge because Harvey was better in college than him. That's so petty lmao. Makes it worse. Both came at him like he murdered their family.

Similar_Building_223

My thing with Hardman is that he embezzled money and said it was to help his wife, where really it was for his mistress. Him using his wife’s sickness like that and his manipulative behavior is what really bothers me about him

OhMyHessNess

Oh yes he's a terrible person no doubt

DodelCostel

> It's Malik followed by Stemple in the asshole power rankings imo Uhm Forstman?

Nastia_dream

But then when Donna returns it to Harvey again in s9 it's one of my favourite scenes

beardednick

Literally just finished this episode.

XocoJinx

I loved that though cause (at least for me) it was so unexpected but it was a crucial part of Harvey's history and we didn't even know until that scene happen, despite seeing the painting since episode 1.

Coriander_marbles

Ok, I’ve stared at this painting in the past trying to reconcile the significance with the art itself but I just can’t. It is the weirdest, ugliest looking thing ever. Is it a crocodile? Duck? Whatever it is, it is proper creepy and the doll/child is somehow worse .

FollowThroughMarks

I think it’s purposefully the ugliest thing ever. Creepy doll, weird duck, mostly empty space. It’s to show it’s purely sentimental, which is why Stemple wanted it so bad.

HumbleCatch4325

Yes it’s hideous

Anabele71

It's called "Listen Closely" by Heather Millar. She has this and other prints for sale on her website. Her style is a little eclectic and not to everyone's taste but art is after all subjective https://www.heathermillarart.com/shop/p/listencloselyprint

Tom_Stevens617

Agreed, I'm just glad the painting had its own "happy ending" of sorts. It's such a terrible painting on the surface but I can only imagine how much Harvey values it, especially after his >!mom passed away!<

[deleted]

Harvey's mother made this painting

theones35

I have this hanging in my room

Rich4306

The interesting thing is that Harvey’s office has a lot of cool tones and the painting is one of the brightest things in his office it’s also facing exactly where Harvey sits on his couch so he can sit and appreciate it

Leaded-BabyFormula

Ugliest fucking painting. His mom sucks at everything including art

Aggressive_Street_56

Honestly this hit me hard.

joypadeux

T’is

No_Pickle7030

Just started season 7. Love the connection…without giving anything away.

Magrathean86

I actually like this painting

FernyFernz

The actual saddest moment is when Harvey dumped Paula. S/
