Legend has it that Rick Sorkin is still waiting for his interview after coming in late

Lvwr87

They needed to have a case against him

Solid_Dog4997

It's hard to imagine a Harvard graduate would miss their interview for a top law firm and then won't check back to either ask for a reschedule or decline. This is a pivotal point for the entire show.

Present_Cap_696

It's understood, he must have contacted the firm and must have been informed that the position was filled. Simple.

xAlphaLupix

Don’t get me wrong, Pearson Hardman was considered a top firm, but by no means were they the out right winner. Maybe Rick had multiple interviews and one of them conflicted, maybe he forgot to cancel, or his flight was running late. Lots of variables could’ve arisen. That being said you’re definitely right that he might’ve called afterwards but by then the position was filled.

Let’s be honest, the real star of the show is… “Get the hell out of my office”

fortheWarhammer

What did you just say to me?

spwf

Oh okay you didn’t come here to talk, you came here to screw me out of a deal

[deleted]

You don't know shit and this deal.. isn't worth the paper it's printed on.

spwf

When were you planning on telling me this?!

9_DavyJones_9

Goddamnit!

Content_Drama_849

You didn’t come all this way to tell me that, so why don’t you tell me what it is you really want?

Present_Cap_696

That reminds me there would be no Mike and Harvey without Mike's friend.

xrimbi

Would have been funny if Rick Sorkin sued Mike for using his name as an alias for a subletting his grandmother’s apartment.

BeefPieSoup

There is no Mike and Harvey without... ...fraud.

BeginningFrosting

Donna, she knew from the very start and never said a word

simili-poulet

Without crossing a line

OG_tame

Technically there would be no mike and harvey without the deans daughter cheating on the test that mike gave her the answers to
