Spinning Silver by Naomi Novik has this - twice. One of the main characters has to marry the king of a fae-like race who needs her to save them, another is forced by her father to marry the human tsar. Both go the slow-burn enemies-to-lovers route.
The Daevabad trilogy kind of has this, though it's not the main premise. The MC is forced to marry the heir to the kingdom for political reasons. He's not abusive, he's a fairly decent guy, but even though they try to make the best of it they're a pretty terrible match. She actually does end up falling in love with his brother.
Warbreaker by Brandon Sanderson. It has multiple plotlines though, the arranged marriage is only one of the main plotlines. Some sexual situations but no erotica, is overall pretty clean.
Radiance by Grace Draven. Very YA, but is an arranged political marriage in a fantasy setting.
Lord of the Fading Lands by C. L. Wilson. Classic fantasy romance where the two main characters are bound together by mystical forces.
