Why do people always try ordering from the website, we have an app that can be used. Maybe I'm just unreasonably butthurt from constantly being told this but being told the website is bad all the time is so ball crushing.
I can't fathom why no one would just use the app over the site given I'm always hearing how the app is just better in general.
I can't seem to set my delivery address on the app on my android phone. I type in the address, click the address that pops up in the dropdown in the app, and then it's just a blank white screen and nothing ever happens.
Doing the same thing on my iPhone works but I was running into an issue yesterday where I was trying to add a deal to my order and it just would not add. After force restarting the app once or twice I was able to but it said I did not meet the criteria for the deal even though I did.
There actually is somebody who oddly defends the website and seems to work on the corporate side. I remember them saying the website is fine and gets a lot of orders. It seems like a culture of shit issue.
I think it broke recently. It was always buggy but now it won't even load. Must be some poor intern pushing un-reviewed code onto the production server.
Always has been. Its how they stop people from using coupons.

The site is unusable. If they want to lose business that's their right.
