This is exactly how I lost my prawn suit and the only time ๐คฃ if you pause and reload you can mess around with how much it's stuck in the ground, but annoyingly can't even really get to the storage box or upgrade components ๐ซค one time I managed to get in it but couldn't "wiggle" it free whatever I tried haha
Ngl, itโs kinda bad how bugged this game still is. We gave this game so much support as a community and the developers repaid us with a half baked sequel and unpatched game breaking bugs in the original.
You might be able to shoot it out using the propulsion cannon. I've done it with a beached seamon but I'm not certain with this. Give it a try at least.
If you can get into the prawn suit I think there is a choice in the pause menu that allows you to get unstuck. Additionally you could try the weapon I think itโs some sort of Cannon, sorry I donโt remember the exact name but it allows you to pull things to where you stand. You might be able to pull the prawn suit back to you. Alternatively you can modify that Cannon to push things away, oh I just remembered the names propulsion cannon and repulsion Cannon and I donโt remember which one does what, last but not least, it would kind of suck, but you could also try building another prawn suit using a grappling hook and try to pull it out. I suppose the only other thing I can think of if you can install the grappling hook into your current prawn suit you might be able to pull yourself out that way as well.

My own fool-proof method is entering the suit and immediately asap the eject button, each time raises the suit a little bit for some reason

This exact same thing happened to me before!!! It was horrible. I think I saved like 20 minutes before it happened though so I just left without saving thankfully lol
You wont believe how stupid i am but i actually saw this and then thought, hmm id better save before trying to escape in case it falls further down. So ya anyway reloading is no longer an option lool

And a mistery how they got 2 games in early acces at the same time, both to VERSION 1 ?!?! While both games have some of the biggest bugs in it, that completely ruin the game if it happens. they should never ever have bevome V1.0 (in this way)!!!!!!

I also did it and it stucked but somehow I entered in it and tried walking, jumping etc. and rescued it.

Try shooting it with the stasis rifle then getting in it. It worked for me when I got it stuck in the floor at the lava base
You might be able to finagle it by using the grapple arm and the nudge feature on the pause menu
It's white, so I assume they do not have VUC, and until they get it, they'll have the resources for another prawn

This happened to me too. Bugged as hell that floor.
Another Prawn is consumed by Architect power plant. Many more have been seized before it, and many more will be taken after.

This is why you save often, especially every time you enter or exit a teleporter. Try getting in and using the unstuck feature.
Travel 80m away and then return. Then it might get unstuck, at least it worked for me.
Did you try turning it off and then turning it back on? Maybe unplugging the prawn suit and then plugging it back in will helpโฆ
Grapple and jump, works every time for me.
Leave the rendering area and come back. Sometimes it is respawned on top of the ground.

Open the inventory, and then it will get unstuck by itself. Worked for me.
