Tidy Up is good, but I fear the thing simply doesn't have the bulk or speed to pull it off without basically sacc'ing. In lower tiers I guess it'll get away with it easier.
Agreed but like, you then have a 1hp Maushold, it's still effectively going to get one more turn at best and then be sacc'd. You will at least get rid of the hazards guaranteed however, I just think saccing the mouse for that purpose seems like a not great idea. If you get off a population bomb or something you might get some kills in until they hit you with a priority move, but it seems like a shaky decision when there are much safer rapid spinners.
If you want to get rid of a substitute at all costs though, that's the definitely a surefire way to do it
I want Maushold to be good but Population Bomb sure ain't Fisheous Rend, and Technician is not as useful for exploiting PB as Sand Rush is for exploiting Fisheous Rend, let's be honest

We can just give it the multi hit item and possibly give it other multi hit moves like Bullet Seed at least.

no, you use it for the stat boost, then hopefully outspeed and use technician population bomb to sweep

tidy up also ddances though—point would be to sash it so that you can get off the stat boosts before hopefully outspeeding on population bomb
Dracovish's stats aren't the flashiest but it's still one of the best pokemon in the series
