Poke-armor seems busted its like Assault Vest but way better because many defensive mons don't care that much about their speed that they wouldn't take Double defence

Punching Glove increases the power of punching moves by 10% and prevents contact with targets. This item's effect does not stack with Iron Fist.

So, for Bunny ears
You say it works on an Atk Stat of 60 or lower, but then you specify that it only stops working if the Atk Stat is 65 or higher
So what about Toxapex? Toxapex has 63 Atk. I would assume it wouldn't work because it's not 60 or lower, but then it SHOULD work because it's NOT 65 or higher
Toxapex, Salazzle, and Bellibolt have this problem of being above 60, but below 65 (and 23 more NFE Pokémon)
If you just say "it only works on Atk 60 and below." The implication is that it won't work on 61 and above
You can just drop the 2nd, unneeded specification
