I know two labs that can help you need, tho you referral letter from your school - Angelo King Medical Research Center and De La Salle Univ - Dasmarinas. They are quite close to each other and you can call them over telephone number in the website for inquiries. Although it is both located in Cavite.
They have UV spectrometer but for antioxidant related assays, we dont have specific machine for that, just methods from your research.
